He showed up on time and cleared the drain. He said it was mostly scale and build-up, which makes sense why nothing we had already tried had worked. He said it had a 6 month warranty which is reasonable. $120.

CLEAN RITE DRAIN SERVICE (760_355-0740) in Imperial, CA is one of the BEST plumbing services I have ever used!
We were lucky to have been referred to them by way of our American Home Shield policy - both having been needed and used for the first time for faulty upstairs toilet/plumbing issues.
In view of the current CoronaVirus | COVID19 situation return calls and service assessments and completed repairs were made in a timely manner. In addition their assessment discovered an issue that may have become a larger plumbing issue that CLEAN RITE DRAIN SERVICE mitigated for us with our American Home Shield.
We were very grateful that they also upheld and observed every necessary COVID19 protocol and etiquette wearing masks, requesting everyone in the household do the same and did minimal contact of indoor spaces.
The entire CLEAN RITE DRAIN SERVICE team - from the office return callers, Ridge who made the initial visit to assess and Julio who made the two install/service calls were prompt and explained the service that they'd be providing and more importantly kept American Home Shield apprised of the work needed.
Julio was exceptional in the courtesy, efficient, knowledgeable and tidy/neat /clean work he delivered both times for each bathroom -- Plus my dogs liked him and they don't like anyone lol

If there is a negative star believe me!! Thats what I would rate them!! To be fair I don't think I can rate the work but the customer service is beyond horrible. We have not been able to get them out to our house for almost a week and a half. They say they will be out within 2 hours never show up. Frist time we made arrangements for someone to be home when they arrived SHOWED UP 3 HOURS AFTER THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE!! Honest mistake... not! Called again didnt even show up with an excuse that they got the wrong address!!! Didn't even have the courtesy to call and let us know after waiting around all day rearranging plans we had to call in and they said they would show up in the morning and was apologetic now here I sit still no plumber!

Let me start by saying that they do good work. We had them do a job for us a few months back, they did the job and we have no complaints. However, I called them out again to do another job and they came out on a Tuesday, checked it out and said they would get back to me between 4-5. The problem is that they didn't say of what day nor of what week. We waited 7 Days to hear from them but we didn't. I then called them back and an Anthony answered and said he was the one that came out to check out the job and that he would call me back in 10 minutes. That never happened. I waited 4 hours and tried to call them back. I haven't been able to talk to anyone since. Nobody will pick up the phone. I've left messages for them to call me and still nothing. I give up, I don't care that they do good work because their customer service sucks.

Horrific! waited 4 days, I kept calling and they would say that he was coming just running a little late I even asked the worker that if he thought he couldn't do the job to tell me so I could call someone else! finally yesterday they just would not answer my calls. I called O'Malley in half an hour his workers came and in 1 hour the fixed the pipe
