My garbage disposal started having problems every month starting in August. Finally called Chris. He did the October fix and when called for the November one he told me, nope it's time to replace it. I'll bring the new one with me. Installed the new one in November and wouldn't you know it stops working in December. Chris comes back out and looked at it. Said it needed to be cleared and reset. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg for 30 seconds of work like previous plumbers I've used, he gave me the needed tool, took the time to show me exactly what needed to be done and told me to call him when I really needed a plumber. Its so refreshing to find someone that just wants to do their customers right and get to the heart of the problem instead of milking the situation for every possible dollar. I most definitely will be calling Chris when really need to, until then I'll be using the new skill Chris taught me!

Chris came out because I had a gas leak he gave me some options fixed the leak turned on the gas even lit the pilots lights on appliances, great service, friendly, would definitely recommend.

Called this company today for a service call to fix our water heater. Without him coming out to look at the water heater, he was already hard selling a new water heater and was telling me that the repair would run around 600.00.
Called another plumbing company and they showed up within an hour. Fixed it for $145.00.

I was very happy with the service that we received from Chris. We were able to get a service call in a timely manner. We needed to have a couple of old shut off valves replaced, Chris replaced them and they work perfectly. Chris was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him. I'm happy to know if I have any plumbing needs in the future that I have someone reliable to call.

Chris came to my house today for what I thought was a leak. He examined the area and determined that the water was coming from something else (my moisture trapper), and there was no leak. I offered to pay him for the service call, but he did not charge me and just said to give him a call next time. He was honest, on time, and went beyond the call of duty. i would recommend Chris for any plumbing needs you have. He came over and fixed my shower faucet and had to cut through the tile to get the job done. He was punctual and he actually left the shower clean when he left. I am very happy with his work.
