I needed a new water heater and he gave me a very competitively priced quote on the install. Showed up on time, and did a great job, as always. Very professional. Work in an older building in downtown HB, so there are always some kind of electrical or plumbing problem cropping up. Chris & Clean Plumbing have been used previously by the office manager for her house to great success, so we thought we would give them a call when our kitchen garbage disposal locked up after the company potluck this week.

Chris was here at the office right away, took the sink apart, showed us where someone had used a drain-cleaning liquid that damaged the disposal, and installed a new unit in less than 30 minutes.

Called Chris this morning about 10am and he picked up on the second ring. Said he would be over between 12-2pm to fix our toilet problem and showed up at 11:45am. Fixed the toilet, replaced waterline, and our wobbly seat by 12pm. Super reasonable pricing and our toilet is back to brand new.

It's incredibly hard to find ""good people"" these days, and Chris is one of them. Ethical, professional, knowledgeable. Will keep his info handy to refer to friends and family.

Chris came out and was able to assess my problem right away. He showed up in 20 minutes! He needed to schedule a follow up visit in order to get the job done, but he didn't charge me for the first assessment visit. He was very knowledgable and professional. I definitely recommend calling him for your plumbing needs!

9:00am Accidentally flushed the car keys down the toilet, could not see them and unsuccessfully tried to retrieve them myself with a coat hanger

9:30 called Clean Plumbing, Chris answered and said he could come by later today, would have to pull off the toilet, may or may not be able to find the keys

2:30 Chris calls says he will be there in 10 minutes

3:00 Chris had the toilet off and found the keys, resealed the toilet
