Chris was awesome! He was responsive and quoted everything accurately over the phone. The whole process (fixing toilet) took less than an hour and he left zero mess behind. I appreciate his professional, efficiency and fair prices. I received several quotes through Yelp. He was the most fair and the quickest to pick up his phone. I will continue using Clean Plumbing for all our plumbing needs!!

I had Clean Plumbing come out to install a new kitchen faucet. If you are like me and don't/can't work under sinks then please give Chris a call. Chris is one of those plumbers who you can trust and doesn't try to upsell you on unnecessary repairs. 5 stars!!

Chris was responsive and came out same day! He did fix the problems. However, one of the issues was not fixed intentionally, so that's why I'm lowering a 5 to 4 stars - I'll explain. He was efficient and reasonable. The one issue I had was he told me he couldn't snake the tub, because the trap was too old and his snake would not go through. The only choice was to pull the tub, replace the drain - what!!!! And $200 for resealing and seating the toilet was a bit high for 15 minutes of work and a $10 wax ring - but I know it's their prerogative to charge what they want. So I refused that part. So he proceeded to snake the kitchen drain. I paid him and we parted cordially. Guess what!!? The tub drain is fixed!! Boom!! The snaking helped both drains. But he didn't mention that - My only choice was to pull the tub - what!!! I digress. Overall, he's a nice guy. Not great at communication and I'm not an easy customer. I would recommend him, but with caution.

First time user of Clean Plumbing - chose them based on Yelp reviews. All I needed was a garbage disposal replaced. Chris recommended the low price unit ($100) and a $200 labor charge. I chose a higher-priced ($200) stainless steel disposal in hopes I'll never buy another one in my lifetime. I give Chris 5 stars because from the start, he tried to keep my out-the-door costs down with the lower priced unit and he was extremely professional. A bit high on his labor price @ $200, $150 could be more like it (he was in and out the door in 90 minutes). Total labor + material cost = $400.

These guys saved my home from a potential flood!!! The washing machine hot water supply was about to break. They discovered it and replaced the line with a stainless flexible line! I had called them originally to fix my leaky toilet reservoir. It kept refilling every hour. They offered to check the other 4 bathrooms and washing machine. That's how they found the rotten plastic line. Everything else checked out great. I totally trust them. I highly recommend them. Thank you!!
