The inspector told me that I had a tiny bit gas leaking from the gas cooking top. So I called Clean Plumbing. Chris came over the same day on time!! ON TIME!! He checked everything and could not find any leaks. He explained me very carefully and gave me a suggestion. He even explained me about the tool that an inspector used to check the leak. He explained me and educated me and he even didn't charge any dime. NOTHING!! He is very friendly and easy to talk. I am an English Second language person but I feel very comfortable to talk to him. I am very strongly recommend Chris. Thank you Chris!!

We had a kitchen sink that was clogged. Clean Plumbing were able to come out the next morning and fix the problem in a couple of hours. They also replaced a piece of pipe that was in bad condition. Fair pricing and great service.

Work in an older building in downtown HB, so there are always some kind of electrical or plumbing problem cropping up. Chris & Clean Plumbing have been used previously by the office manager for her house to great success, so we thought we would give them a call when our kitchen garbage disposal locked up after the company potluck this week.

Chris was here at the office right away, took the sink apart, showed us where someone had used a drain-cleaning liquid that damaged the disposal, and installed a new unit in less than 30 minutes.

Called Chris this morning about 10am and he picked up on the second ring. Said he would be over between 12-2pm to fix our toilet problem and showed up at 11:45am. Fixed the toilet, replaced waterline, and our wobbly seat by 12pm. Super reasonable pricing and our toilet is back to brand new.

It's incredibly hard to find ""good people"" these days, and Chris is one of them. Ethical, professional, knowledgeable. Will keep his info handy to refer to friends and family.

Chris came out and was able to assess my problem right away. He showed up in 20 minutes! He needed to schedule a follow up visit in order to get the job done, but he didn't charge me for the first assessment visit. He was very knowledgable and professional.
