I made an appointment for the Friday after Thanksgiving. Clean Pipes showed up to my business on time, assessed the problem, explained what they were going to do and quickly fixed our restroom drain pipes. They left the work area clean and tidy. Pricing was fair and reasonable. No surprises. Clear communication. This is a good business with good people. I would absolutely use them again.

This is the second time Arnulfo has helped us with a drain problem. Our pipes are such that we get clogs sometimes 60+ feet from any easy access. He showed up at the time he promised, and took care of the problem. He offered some good advice on what we might do to prevent it from recurring. All this on short notice, and for a good price.

Oh, and he provided an estimate ahead of time and stuck to it. So often I find you ask for help through Yelp and you get messages telling you to call instead of just providing an estimate. This problem was straight forward, and easily described. I don't see any barrier to giving a quote. Doesn't it defeat the purpose of the quote system Yelp provides if you don't give one?

Arnulfo and Luz are truly lifesavers!! They were able to come same day for a true plumbing emergency. Arnulfo is incredibly responsive, professional, and kind, and I greatly appreciated how he squeezed me in! He was very efficient with handling the issue, and he and Luz also generously let me use their shop vac to clean up something too yucky to be described. :) It was a pleasure to work with Arnulfo and Luz, and we truly cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service! Ran the washing machine Saturday night and it did not drain properly, flooded the bathroom floor. Called Arnulfo this morning, he returned my call in a few minutes, he told me his schedule for the morning then he and Luz came out at noon. He checked the clean out, had me run water in shower, sink and flush the toilet, then run the washer. The line seemed to be running fine today, probably had gotten enough water to clear itself. He said if he ran the snake anyway, he'd have to charge but didn't think it is necessary. He said to call when it happens next time and he'll come out at the time it's not flowing.
I'll call him next time I need drain work.

Arnulfo from Clean Pipes plumbing fixed our kitchen sink leakage and he also replaced a toilet in one of our bathroom. We were happy with his works. He returned a phone and gave us a quote and showed up on time.
He showed up yesterday evening to fixed a leaky toilet and we decided to have him replaced a toilet. He went to Home Depot and picked up a new toilet. He also disposed and old toilet for us. he put on a soft plastic boots and a mask when he came into our house . He cleaned up and sanitizes the area that he did the work in our bathroom. He's very professional, honest and he's very clean. Never have to look for plumber any more since we found Clean Pipes
