After I posted my review the owner reached out and looked into the situation. He had messaged me and asked if I was perhaps mistaken about the company. I know I wasn't and he sent me an invoice at no charge to resolve the issue. Although the initial experience was a slap in the face, I was glad the owner wanted to make sure his service and company didn't leave a bad experience for me.

Of course, our bathroom drain clogged on a Saturday morning! Always on a weekend! Called Clean Out Plumbing, left message which was promptly replied to, and set up appointment for Sunday morning. Brian and Josh were on time and easy to work with. They put camera down drain to determine problem and fixed it . No mess left behind. Will recommend if you need a plumber.

Needed a new plumber to unclog my kitchen sink which I been having issues for the past few yrs. Had it cleaned before but would have to call same previous Plummer back out to do the same job every year. So I gave clean out plumbing a try base on reviews. They gave me a next day late afternoon appointment. Next day they text me if they could come early which I was happy to accept. They unclogged showed us through camera how bad it was. Gave us future sugestión, not being pushy to sell it. Price to unclogged was totally reasonable & will b considering the future suggestion so we don't run into this problem again. They where quick n clean too. They will b in my contacts for future n for sharing. Thank you

We had been having drain issues recently and all signs were pointing to roots in our main line as every bathroom was backed up and we had already cleared the lines from the inside not too long ago. Our neighbor recommended Clean Out as we needed a plumber on a Sunday. Bryan was able to come out on the same day and inspected our main line with his video camera, finding an invasion of roots coming in from everywhere. He performed a hydro-jetting service and cleared all the roots in our property. All drains are now flowing better than ever. I would use this company again for any plumbing need.

Good communication was received from Marco. I was given an appointment the next morning. My bathtub needed unclogging. Brian and McLovin arrived to do the job at my home. It was raining so BOTH had took their shoes off to not track in anything. They did what needed to be done. Fast and efficient with good communication. Good guys. A company I would recommend.

Bryant was quick and personable in completing a kitchen sink pipe replacement and leaky toilet supply line replacement. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs!

We hired these guys back in July of 2021 when our kitchen sink wouldn't drain... they tried to snake it for their very reasonable price but it was built up with grease and other sediment so it needed the hydro-jetting. It has been working fine since. The reason I'm just now writing a review is because we are in the middle of a bathroom remodel and our drain is of course very badly clogged, so I thought I'd look into having the hydro-jet treatment instead of breaking up the concrete and replacing the pipe, which would cost more. I spoke with the owner Marco today, told him the situation and he asked me to send a photo, which I did. He called back and let me know given the age of the pipe, the scaling and the fact we would probably just run into issues again that it's best to replace it now while the work is being done. This is the final push I needed to make the decision to pay the cost of replacing the pipe. Our contractor had wanted to replace it, but we are over budget so I was hoping to do the next best thing. Upon removing the pipe, it was revealed to be broken. I'm so glad Marco gave me this advice or else I would have just continued with the hydro-jet and would have had to replace the pipe anyway after the camera inspection would reveal the breakage. This company could have kept quiet and took my money, but he was honest and basically said what my contractor initially said, which is to replace the pipe. This honesty and integrity is what is causing me to write this review. If you're reading this, trust them and support them. If we ever have a drain that's clogged, I will for sure be having them back.

Marco, the owner, was very quick to respond and straight-up answered my questions. He immediately scheduled a weekend visit to my house and had his guy ready. Bryant was very helpful and explained everything before and after doing the work. Bryant and his peer were very professional and did a great job. They also cleaned the work area after installing the cleanout and laid out the expectations and recommendations for the near future.

Our tub downstairs was not draining properly. We called Clean out plumbing and they came the following day. I asked for a courtesy call prior to arrival since I work and Nathan did just that. He came on time and took care of the draining issues and made sure all was good before leaving. Nathan answered all my questions too. Highly recommend Nathan and the guys from Clean Out.
