I called and scheduled service for checking out the issue of bad smell under my bathroom sink. Luis Avina came on time and checked out the problem. He gave a professional suggestion how to manage the problem. He gave the advice and estimate right away. He did not want his customers to spend money unnecessarily. He was honest and courteous. I will definitely call him if I need for plumbing issues in the future.

I found Clean-Out Kings on Yelp and reached out to a few different places. Clean-Out Kings responded the quickest and was able to send out Anthony very quickly. When he arrived, Anthony was really helpful and professional. We had what we thought was a small leak in our kitchen that turned into a huge headache when it turned out that we had water damage from it. Anthony connected us with a water remediation company that came out same day and helped us out. Once he had the necessary parts to fix our issue, I ended up having to reschedule with him a few times, but he was very understanding and worked with us each time. He quickly responded to all my texts and explained everything in a way where we could understand the issue and what he was doing to fix it. Can't recommend him enough!

I worked with Angel and Martin, and they were fantastic! I changed out my whole shower, and they were able to find the parts needed that didn't fit with the new fixtures that I'd bought. Martin came out to bid the job, and Angel came out to complete it. They stayed in constant contact with me and were both on time. Angel did great work, was polite and on time, and didn't leave a big mess behind like many others do! He has been doing this a long time and is very good at what he does! I highly recommend them, and will use them again for any plumbing needs that I have in the future.

We had a major drain issue in the house. Two other 5 star review plumbing companies came. One did hydro jetting but couldn't fix it, yet charged me $750 for the work. The 2nd company came. The plumber said I needed hydrojetting for $1000 based on what I told him, without even use camera or any tools to check out the line.

Then here comes Louis Avina from clean out king. He didn't rush to draw any conclusion of what happened. Instead, he took his time (a few hours) to trace the issue using various tools. He was able to trace how the two house drain lines met together and where the broken pipe could be. Then we scheduled tomorrow to dig the ground to check out the broken pipe.

If you look for a god plumber who is serious in doing the job right, Louis is the person I recommend.

In terms of the company, I can't say their price is the best as I don't have enough samples to compare. But they do have a clean print out price list that I can see. The transparency of pricing is something unique.

Showed up 2 hours late and then said they didn't have time to fix our problem even tho when I scheduled it they said they'd be able to do it. Even more insulting was the price they quoted! Approx $800 higher than anyone else for the same work. I was referred to them by our contractor so it's the reason I called them. Needless to say, we're not using them!
