Job big or small there's isn't one Bobby couldn't handle. He's knowledgeable and knows his craft. Not only does he get the job done he also gives great advice on all plumbing subjects whether it's maintenance or future projects.
He fixed our faulty shower valve, unclogged our sink with a power washer and took care of the smell of sewer from our laundry room.
We won't hesitate to use them in all our future plumbing issues or projects.

I don't know how this company can get so many 5 stars. But my recent experience is, the technician exaggerate the project, started the conversation like, you know it's a huge job, it's tremendous effort to extend the gas line to the pool heater.... The price he quoted is outrageous, out of moon experience!!! He quoted $14K - $16k for a project I can get done for around $3000. That's 5 times more expensive!!! 500% of normal price. Folks, be careful not to get rid-off! I'm an experienced real estate investor, doing many remodeling work. When I complained to the boss, the boss defended their pricing with arrogant tone. NOT recommend if you don't waste your time or energy to get upset.

Í want to make it clear we did not use them. Í am giving them 4 stars for quick response time and willingness to schedule the job as soon as possible. But here is the reason they didn't get a 5 star review and that we didn't use them. First, the job requested was to fix a leaky garbage disposal and a drainage problem with dishwasher. We were told the garbage disposal we had was too big for the small sink and that it was causing a lot of shaking, which in turn was causing the loosening of the disposal from the sink. We concurred. Our disposal was way to powerful for this little sink we had and we agreed it needed to be changed. So, he quoted us a ridiculous amount to change everything, granted it was hoses and traps and a new disposal, all labor etc. but where I got a little perturbed was the attempted upsell of taking a camera through our pipes to ensure no blockages, at an additional cost .A service not needed or requested. He also could not guarantee the drainage problem in dishwasher would be fixed with all of this and if not it would be additional cost to fix that. Which would all have been fine if it hadn't been such a ridiculous amount for the first problem. We initially agreed on the job and scheduled a time for it, but just thinking about it some more and speaking with friends, we decided this was too much for the job, and cancelled . I am grateful for their attitudes and the quick response time, but I think they need to rethink their prices a bit. We were able to unclog the hoses ourselves and get our dishwasher working again.....still need to replace the garbage disposal, but I bought one for under a $100 and a friend offered to install it. Saved ourselves a pretty penny, but I would have used them if the price was more reasonable. I like to support local businesses and in these strange times, everyone needs a break, but I don't want to be taken advantage of, and that's what this felt like.

Wish I could give this company negative stars. They quoted me a $2k price tag to replace a Moen shower lever cartridge and that didn't include the cost of an environmental sampling they said would need to be completed. No thanks.
