Got all the showers repaired in about an hour as well including the time for the plumbers to go get the replacement parts.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Clean-Out Kings. My shower arm cracked and previous vendors gave me the run around regarding the scope and price. Anthony and Luis were at my home on time, they were friendly and courteous, and even wore booties over their shoes without asking. I am adding this update to my review. One of the managers, Tony, from Clean-Out Kings called and came out to review the sewer piping under the house. He refunded the entire inspection fee and they performed a new camera inspection of the line. The video showed the sewer line was partially clogged, but there was no indication of a broken line. They performed a free roto root of the line.

Tony, the manager, was very respectful and apologetic about the prior visit and indicated he would be implementing corrective action. He was taking the review seriously and wanted to do what it took to make it right. So I did learn that there is a partially blocked portion of my sewer line that is part of the original house cast iron sewer system. It is currently draining free and clear, but will eventually require replacement. I would trust them to do future plumbing work again on the house.

Anthony came out and replaced my water valve outside that needed to be replaced. I called and got scheduled accordingly. Anthony also had to replace my valve for toilet and fill valve that was no longer filing my toilet. Very great job and will all again for future services.
