Doug and Shawn showed up on time and finished the job quick. Pleasant to work with, and hard workers who know what they are doing. Quality work and left no mess. Solved a real problem for us quickly. Price was a little high for the time spent, but I got what I paid for.

Maybe it's because I'm disappointed in the outcome, but I gotta say the bill was quite high and the written explanation I received was so poor and had no suggestions for followup work. (Even Doug couldn't understand what Shawn had written when I called to discuss it.) They were originally called to unblock the downspout because the corner of our basement was leaking. My contractor had tried for several hours, but couldn't really unblock it so he suggested calling a ""professional"". After spending over than $400 more, I guess the outcome is that although water appears to drain, they couldn't unblock it, couldn't get to the street, and that quite possibly water will continue to collect and flood the basement.

It might be an adequate charge for what they do, and that the condition of the pipe is bad, but when I had another company try to unblock lines at a different location, they were able to clearly explain what they found (tree roots in the line) and what they'd suggest to really fix the problem and provide an estimate. Therefore, I'd say if I paid a lot of money and it couldn't be fixed, at least I could have expected some good information and direction to solve the problem. This I didn't receive. They were very nice and prompt, though.

Staff is so nice. Great customer service. When I called, I spoke to Doug, he told me who was coming, gave a description of the van and said Shawn would be over in 30 minutes, and he actually came on time. When Shawn came to fix our toilet, he did it quick and kept the area clean and he was so nice and polite. I would recommend this company! Good job guys!

This company is amazingly professional. Doug said what he was going to do. Shawn showed up ON TIME and did what Doug said he would do. Shocking, especially because of our experience with the last plumber we had, who quoted $8K. Shawn scoped, cleaned, scoped again with explanatory dialogue, address, and date on the video. Based on the recording, our pipes are good for several years. Less than $500 out the door.

These guys are great! Came out to fix my plumbing back up fast and when they said they could. Top notch communication. NASTY job but they had the best attitudes! So friendly. Thanked me 100 times for having them out to help. As a contractor myself I was super impressed with their knowledge. They have the right tools for the job. Fixed me back up quick. Their cost was upfront and more then fair. I was so stressed about the situation that I wrote them a check and did not care how much it cost. Would have paid more!! Way more for there help... thank you guys a million times over:)

I was referred to Clean-N-Rooter by a different plumbing company (that came out to fix a gas leak- that's a whole other review). Sean was really nice and polite guy and he took care of the washing machine drain overflowing very quickly. I'm keeping their card to refer them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable plumber!

I just bought a house and before moving in the toilet overflowed flooding the bathroom, hall and entry way 4 different times. After having other plumbers out, who charged me and solved nothing, snaking the drain 4 separate times, I was finally fortunate to have these guys come to my home. I was so impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, patience in explaining everything in detail and their excellent communication over the phone in coming out to see me. Plus, I received a detailed video of the whole process and issues (roots in the drain) for the same price as other plumbers charge to just make a house call to snake the drain for 15 minutes. I will never call anyone but them in the future. A true class act!!! I will forever recommend this company of high standard and integrity!!!
