Made an appointment they said to avoid extra cost make before noon. They never showed up and would not confirm anything. They use an answer service that takes messages. Twenty hours and thirty four minutes past my appointment a recieve a text, we will be there today. They should let you know if they are not coming. I missed part of a day yesterday waiting on them than had to take today off too. I have called someone else since you can not get a hold of them, just the answering service.

Clean Line was prompt in getting back to me about my outside tile work. Arrived on time and listened to the issue . Worked on the cleaning oh the outside tile until determined that it would not be in best interest to continue. He suggested two options and price if wanted to improve the drainage in front of the garage. Very polite to work with.

I recently used this local company to clean my line and was very impressed with the service and the cost. My normal plumbing outfit was Roto Rooter and the local family owned business was sold. I called that company for service and the service call was extremely higher than it was when the previous owners serviced my residence. I decided to try Clean Line on a recommendation from a friend. I am glad I did. I was very satisfied not only with the customer service but also the cost. I think I have found my staple sewer line maintenance company.
