After receiving an estimate from All Septic All Plumbing of Cape Coral to repair my septic system I almost went into shock !!! $2020.00 Installation of a new GFI receptacle $245.00 Installation of a new septic pump $950.00 re piping of the inlet pipe $550.00 Install new plastic circle tank lid $275.00 ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?!?!?! I am a retired General Contractor from NY and know these systems and how they work and I also know when I am getting screwed !! I was referred to """"Clean Earth Environmental by a friend and I called the Boss, James Jackson and asked him to please go check it out for me. He called me three hours later apologizing for the delay and told me he had good news and bad news.The good news was that everything was perfect, the float that turned the pump on apparently jammed and caused the back up. He relocated the float to prevent it happening again and checked the GFI they wanted $245.00 to change and it was ok. The system was working fine.The BAD news?? The septic tank lid was damaged by my landscaper and needed to be replaced for safety reasons. It would cost $50.00. Yeah, thats right !! The same one that the other plumbing / septic guys wanted$275.00 to replace. How many HONEST and straight forward guys do you know like James Jackson of Clean Earth Environmental. Use him and you will not be disappointed !!! Thank You James. Bob Russell

James Jackson (the Owner) is VERY HANDS on! and VEEEERY HONEST!!!!!. I had a septic issue that other septic companies wanted to charge me THOUSANDS FOR! and he fixed for literally under $400!!!... For those women out there, if you're tired of dealing with companies treating you like you don't know your Butt from your Elbow, simply because you're a female then I strongly suggest you go with Clean Earth, you WILL NOT regret it!. CONSISTENTLY GOOD SERVICE! AND THEY NEVER TRY TO OVERCHARGE YOU!!!. THEY ARE AS HONEST AS THE DAY IS LONG AND YOU DON'T GET THAT ANYMORE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If you choose to use this company, my recommendation is to get a WRITTEN proposal first. We ended up paying 50% more than we were verbally quoted. This is a very small mom and pop operation with no customer service experience. We will use a company that has been in business for over 30 years from now on.

I used Clean Earth Environmental for 5 years which included 2 septic pump outs and purchased bacteria for $75 3 times for our system. This past year it took me 3 months of phone calls to try and get our bacteria delivered with no luck. So my husband and I decided to just buy Rid x from Home Depot, Clean Earth dropped the ball so we did what we had to do to keep our septic running smooth. I received a voice mail today from Nancy that was more then rude - asking for payment for the bacteria they say they dropped off on our porch in Dec. whether they did or not, we did NOT receive the product. I immediately called her back to clear things up and in turn I was called a dense crooked liar - several times by Nancy! I was so taken back! We have spent well over $500 dollars with this company with no issues with payment. She told me to go do business elsewhere with whatever joker I find and to NOT call them. This is the WORST experience I've EVER had with a company - especially one that we've used long term.
