Charles is a really good technician you can definitely count on him. He is prompt, courteous, and professional. He came over to my residence an emergency call after hours when I could find no one to respond to my emergency Clean Drains Plumbing was there for me when I needed someone, and from now on that's why I will call them because they respond immediately and get the job done. Charles came over within 45 minutes after calling, like he said, and our toilet was fixed and ready to go within 10 minutes. Quick and hassle-free service for an honest price!

Our kitchen sink stopped draining on Christmas Eve around 7pm. We were hosting a big family dinner on Christmas Day. Called several plumbers in Redwood City around 8pm and nobody could come out. I found Charles and he said he'd be over in about 40 min. Sure enough, 45 min later he was in our kitchen with a partner and running a snake through the pipe. Charged an extra ""holiday rate"" but solved the clog! Temporarily. The next morning it was clogged again, draining a bit, but very slowly, enough to back up into the sink. Called Charles again (Christmas Day), and he came back that morning. This time, the snake got caught and one of our pipe seems got detached under the sink. He said we needed a new piece and that the original work was a bit faulty, the threads were poorly fitted. But he didn't have the part and it was Christmas Day and nothing was open. So he said he'd come back the next day. After several texts back and forth, he came out on Dec 26. After two more hours running the snake and refitting the pipe, they ended up in our crawl space in our garage taking apart a bigger pipe and clearing out a bunch of debris. Problem solved. Three days later, but we appreciated his perseverance without complaint. His 30-day warranty on repairs is solid, and he lived up to his word.

These folks were 2 and 1/2 hours late to our appointment. They did not call and only gave us a 10% discount for being so late without even a call! We had to call them to see if they were even coming. They said they gave us a window of time to be here, but they did not give a window when we called. I would not recommend these folks because they are not timely. I hope their service is ok.
