Update to my previous review: Mr. Tom G is now messaging me in DM's telling me my review is inappropriate for me being upset that I was ghosted, and that there is no record of me calling. Ironically, him reaching out and calling my review inappropriate was the first communication I received almost 2 months after my first attempt to get a response through their website 'Contact Us' form which I filled out MULTIPLE times, which clearly doesn't work.

He states he is going to try and contact Yelp to have my comment removed, and that I was probably thinking of another company which he was very willing to throw under the bus. Unreal he is trying to censor real comments.

Again, I emphasize that if this is how someone communicates with a person who had a bad experience with his business, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Tom installed a Whole House R/O and Water Softener System for us a few weeks ago. We are very pleased with the product and enjoyed the friendliness and Professionalism of Tom. He now has us as a permanent customer for our household water needs. The water is silky smooth just as he stated.

In 2018,Tom from Clean and Pure Water installed a water softener and RO system in our new home. He was very affordable and professional. He completed the job on the date and time as promised. I highly recommend Clean and Pure Water Co. Tom also recently installed water pressure regulators on my home and my son's home. He did a great job at a very reasonable price.

On 5/13/20 What started as an ok experience turned out a not so great experience. I was approved, no questions asked. I thought Perfect! we made an appointment on 5/18/20 to install. It turns out they have a stipulation they just started and i need to provide POI (proof of income) I received this message on 5/21 at 5:47pm. This was after the rights of rescission deadline. I advised the tech that if they could not get me approved that there was no need for the water softener and I could make myself available to uninstall. He sent me an appointment date for 5/29/20 to remove. He showed up only to threaten to take me to court. Also stated various times that he wanted to keep our ""asses"" out of court. Quite unprofessional and unwelcome conversation. I had to ask his to stop using this language. I even offered to pay for the two hours of labor that was done by the Hispanic man that was dropped off at my home. At the end of the day, if I wasn't approved in whole, the work should not have been done. Or it should have been stipulated to me that they may need this or that. None of that was mentioned, explained of any sort. We had to call twice into financing because of an issue he was having pre install and after install, yet nothing regarding stipulations (POI, proof of income) Not a good feeling about this one. I am glad i have a garage camera.
