In 2018,Tom from Clean and Pure Water installed a water softener and RO system in our new home. He was very affordable and professional. He completed the job on the date and time as promised. I highly recommend Clean and Pure Water Co. Tom also recently installed water pressure regulators on my home and my son's home. He did a great job at a very reasonable price.

On 5/13/20 What started as an ok experience turned out a not so great experience. I was approved, no questions asked. I thought Perfect! we made an appointment on 5/18/20 to install. It turns out they have a stipulation they just started and i need to provide POI (proof of income) I received this message on 5/21 at 5:47pm. This was after the rights of rescission deadline. I advised the tech that if they could not get me approved that there was no need for the water softener and I could make myself available to uninstall. He sent me an appointment date for 5/29/20 to remove. He showed up only to threaten to take me to court. Also stated various times that he wanted to keep our ""asses"" out of court. Quite unprofessional and unwelcome conversation. I had to ask his to stop using this language. I even offered to pay for the two hours of labor that was done by the Hispanic man that was dropped off at my home. At the end of the day, if I wasn't approved in whole, the work should not have been done. Or it should have been stipulated to me that they may need this or that. None of that was mentioned, explained of any sort. We had to call twice into financing because of an issue he was having pre install and after install, yet nothing regarding stipulations (POI, proof of income) Not a good feeling about this one. I am glad i have a garage camera.

Tom Grassi recently installed a whole house water system in our home. Tom came to our home and went over our options, and was by far the most economical and experienced. Called Tom to replace our RO system. He was able to come out the next day. He showed up early and did a great job. He ended up servicing our water softener for no extra charge. Tom is knowledgeable, friendly and honest. We definitely would recommend him and will contact him for any future needs.

Called Tom and told him I had received a coupon in a mailer for water softener and reverse osmosis $995.00. I made an appointment and he promptly came out. He tried to charge me $1,800.00. Why put out a mailer if your not going to honor it.

Door opener??? Ha ha so basically the flyer is a ""door opener"" for your business to scam the client into an $1,800 system! What a scam!!

Tom, the owner was great. I did my research on all water softener systems before I made my purchase and he carries the best ones. I called him, made an appointment the same day and I had my water softener ready and built the next day to be installed. Great service. Wouldn't choose any one else. Not to mention I got an awesome deal too. I definitely recommend Clean and Pure!!!
