they will cut you off quickly and charge $40 to come out the same day to reconnect.. we made an error on our arrangement and they refused to correct it.. I called on a Monday and made the arrangement for Friday but it should have been the following friday, called back on tuesday less than 24 hours later to correct it.. they refused and thus disconnected services on monday and that friday I had to pay an additional $40, never mind that our bill is usually running $300 a month.. not great service at all.

I like these guys. They have an award-winning infrastructure. And they're proactive about helping you save water. One day, they just showed up at the door and said, """"You have a leak. Maybe a toilet with some faulty fittings..."""" And they were right. AND they left a bag of """"green"""" goodies with us (water conscious plumbing stuff). The only issue I have: CCWA charges you for a minimum number of volumes of water per billing period, even if you do not use them. And I understand their business model, too. It's a vicious cycle to ask your customers to conserve, which means your revenue stream drops if they do conserve (like me)... Still, I can't help but feel a little hacked off by paying for something I'm not using.
