about 2 month ago i call clay water well service because on my friend water well didnt work so he show up with red truck ford diesel ,ower the phone he didnt say how much he charge and i didnt ask because thinking is free or reasonable price so he show up and he say needs pump how much he say $2500 plus tax so i told him no he say $150 call fee if is my house he will walk so quick out of my property so my friend pay him and we call ricky bond got replaced for half price so people be careful with clay water well service.....ILL NEWER CALL THIS SERVICE CLAY WATER WELL ILL RATHER BUY WATER FROM STORE.

I had a well pump replaced by this company and had a lot of issues from the start.
The owner promised me he would do a good job that is why his price was higher than the market pricing. I believed and trusted him.
When the job was completed the system was leaking water,he made three attempt's to repair the water leaks in the system. It was leaking at the connection pipe that he installed the new pump to.
After the work was finally done right he sent me another bill. When I called to discuss this he m---f---ed me and hung up. Before I approved this work he came out to inspect the job,said it would cost more up front because he didn't want to do a half way repair and said this is a turn key price.
This person should never talk to a CUSTOMER!
Never Again Will I Use This Company!
