Thanks for great service and quality work! The CCMP team were great to work with and super knowledgeable. Harold and Wyatt take a lot of pride in their work! Aside from being the most knowledgeable, their pricing was super reasonable with no hidden cost. Well respected by the Duval/Jax inspection dept.

Too bad there isn't a LOWER rating. This bunch of primates managed to flood my house and ruin tile. TILE is WATERPROOF unless THESE CLOWNS install it.

Two bathrooms in my property were backing up. I was extremely irritated because the same issue occurred 3 months ago and was supposedly fixed by another plumber. This time I called Jim to check it out. He found that the previous plumber used improper pipes and connectors and never tied the laundry to the septic. None of the previous work was done to code. He discovered the prior work required a permit which the previous plumber never pulled. Jim came in and replaced everything with the required materials and pulled all the correct permits. His work was inspected by the city and passed with flying colors. His service was superb! I love how he took the time to go over everything he was going to do in great detail. He also helped lay out how exactly I should go after the other plumber to get a refund and even offered to represent me in court. If that's not great service then I don't know what is. Let's just say I'll be using Jim over and over again. I highly recommend his service!

We had our cast iron sewer lines fail which required a full re pipe and new connection to the city. Our water lines were also failing. This was a a massive job that included trenching, demo of concrete, and some wall demo. My concern was how disruptive it might be to our tenants. Jeff was incredible...he worked diligently and efficiently to minimize the disruption, kept us updated with photos of the daily progress and rebuilt all of the areas where he had to break concrete. The jobsite and property was left better than new, with new flooring and paint that matched. He even fixed a dishwasher leak that wasn't part of the bid, it was a very nice touch. Its very rare to get this level of service with plumbing companies and I cant recommend them enough for small or large jobs, they have my business for life...A+

Horrible service. Purchased hot water heater from them 2 years ago that included a 6 year warranty. A specific part on the unit has gone bad now twice. They fixed it for me under warranty the first time. This go around they said they couldn't get out here for 5 days and when I told them it was unacceptable, the owner said that since it already broke once they do not cover it and I need to contact the manufacturer myself as they will not cover it. 1. That delays our repair and our family will be out of hot water for an extended period of time. 2. And if they did send me the part, I would still need it installed. I did not buy a TV from BestBuy, I bought a water heater from CCMP. Do not use them.

Another """"take advantage of someone""""company. A new pump they put in my septic tank lasted 4 months. Got another company to put in another pump and so much cheaper. Cutting my losses and never doing business with them again since they are more expensive and tell their customers they need things done when they really don't.

If a business could receive a ZERO rating, this would be it. Unfortunately, yelp does not allow a zero rating. Let me tell you how the experience went.. 1. """"Master Plumber"""" comes in to fix a simple leak of a RO faucet supply line. 2. He billed for 1.5 hours and claimed to have fix the issue. Total charge was $178.50 The original plumber installed the complete system for two years ago in under an hour! 3. The """"Master Plumber"""" left with the faucet installed backwards and leak restarted the same night; the whole area was flooded by morning. 4. The plumbing company now refuses to make it right. So you can form your own opinions on these peoples skill levels, professionalism, and if they will gladly relieve you of your hard-earned money without delivering the services.

Had a great experience all around with this company! We were in need of a water heater and I called several plumbers in our area. Some gave estimates over the phone, and others would come out for an estimate, but there was a fee for this. Clay county Master Plumbing came out for a free estimate. Jeff arrived on time, was very professional, explained everything. We never felt pressured! He gave us our estimate and said he could replace our water heater that day if we wanted. Within a matter of a couple hours, the job was done and he even took our old unit away!! Definitely will remember this company in the future for our plumbing needs!!

We are an active duty military family that had a sewage back up on a fairly recent home purchase. James from Clay County Master Plumbing came out to our home and worked incredibly hard. He never charged me more than he quoted. He is honest, respectful, and cleans after himself when in your home. His prices are better than anyone else I called and more importantly, he discovered an underlying issue with the plumbing in the home that the previous owners tried to hide from us. He gives you a professional invoice that is detailed with the work he completed. I am a thrifty person who calls around for multiple quotes and I stand by James Pelky with Clay County Master Plumbing 100% I will use him for any and all plumbing in the future should I need any. Also, he explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). He taught me so much through this process which I really loved! Thanks again for showing there are still honest hard working companies out there! ps. He came out the same day I called him.

Called about a clogged drain. Dispatcher called right back. Set up an appt. for Thursday between 11 - 1. Received a call from Alan their plumber tech about 10:15 saying he would be there in about 40 minutes. Alan arrived, assessed the problem and proceeded to work on it. He explained his actions and had it fixed in an hour. It was a pleasure having Alan working on my plumbing problem. Would recommend him highly.
