We replaced our water heater in March of this year with a brand new- larger unit. Low and behold, 3 months later it went out. This company purchase and installed the unit. We called Brian (the owner)- no response. Paid another company to take a look, Found out it was a defect with the unit. Brian claimed he doesn't usually install those units and advised to call the manufacture for assistance. After hours on the phone, the manufacturer could not come out for almost a week, Brian said he was going on vacation and had no guys available. Terrible service, very unresponsive, and offered the bare minimum of assistance. Unprofessional and would not recommend.

Hot water installation was not done with the right calibration.. We get lukewarm water even after spending $200 for installation

We were very nervous about spending money on a ""tank-less"" system, but Bryan explained the install to me and we were sold. They were finished faster than expected and did a good job cleaning up their work area. I would call them again when my other hot water tank, which is almost 14 years old, goes out on us. So far, we are good with our hot water situation. Thanks Bryan and Rick; great team.

Spoke to Bryan about replacing a water heater. He agreed to come out on a Tuesday at 3 PM to give me an estimate. He never called to re-schedule and he never showed up so I went elsewhere.

Bryan and Rick did a fantastic job! I had them out twice now. Once to change my washer and dryer shut off valves and then again to install a water line for our fridge. Both jobs have been done flawlessly. I highly recommend!

Bryan is a very good plumber at a very fair price. I hired him to replace 2 water heaters and they were done in about 2 hours. They left the area clean and hauled away the old units. I would recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.
