Claude is very friendly and knowledgeable in his trade. He answered all my questions via phone n text message before I agreed to buy anything.

He doesn't try to trick you or over sell you in anything. Tells you what you need and it's up to you to decide for yourself.

He installed a water softener system for me. He was very fast n did everything professionally.

Honest, genuine guys that do a great job. They are upfront when talking with you and charge a humble price. I had three estimates for a leak, all wanted an arm and leg for the fix, Claude fixed it in 20 minutes at a sensible cost. Had them fix all my plumbing since then for years. My dogs love them, I'm sure they would give Claude and James 5 stars also.

These guys are still the best around. Claude and James are professional, trustworthy, and nice! I had a leak recently that was flooding the cabinet. My first call is always to Claude, but he was already booked, and because I thought it was an emergency, I then called a 24-hour plumbing company (who shall not be named, but who may or may not rhyme with Spike Miamond). This 24-hour company sent a guy who told me the entire sink/faucet needed to be replaced, and that there was no way to even temporarily stop the flooding. He left and our cabinet continued to flood, until my husband came home, investigated under the sink, and turned off the proper valve. Still leaking, but at least things weren't getting flooded anymore.

Claude and James then came and took a look at the leak. They replaced a pipe, told me that everything else looked fine, and that was that! We could have had a very damaged cabinet that would have been costly to repair, and an entirely new sink/faucet which we didn't even need. The 24-hour guy had straight-up lied.

Claude and James consistently do a great job. Plumbing problems suck, but these guys take the anxiety out of it. They don't rip people off, they do a good job, and they're fast. Their work is much appreciated!

I simply can't say enough good things about Claude!! He was referred by a friend in my neighborhood and definitely lived up to his stellar Yelp reviews. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a smart, reliable, honest and skilled plumber. He has superb communication. He confirmed the appointment, arrived on time and gave clear pricing that was more than fair. He and James did an outstanding job, going above and beyond to replace older tubing, checking 3 times to make sure there weren't any leaks in my newly installed dishwasher and water filtration system, and even replaced two of my water heaters in one day (one was totally unexpected, as it crapped out while they were here, and he had to go back out to buy a second one). He didn't nickel-and-dime me even though the job took longer than expected and he had to make the second trip for the water heater and get other supplies to make sure I was set up with the most durable tubing. He was simply awesome and after a string of bad plumbers, I am thanking my lucky stars that I found someone so honest and reliable. He takes great pride in his work and it shows! Claude will definitely me my go-to plumber from now on. He is amazing!

So great. He and James came out the Friday after Thanksgiving to take a look at our clogged kitchen sink and to rebuild the drain for us. They even braved the Black Friday Ace Hardware sales to get the necessary parts. They were quick and efficient, and the price was more than fair. I'm so thankful to have a working sink again. Amazing service, he got here within 40 minutes -- on a Saturday. One of the major companies couldn't get someone to me when they promised they would. He was super quick, did not make a mess at all, and his price was very fair. I would definitely use Claude's services again.

In these days of having to watch over people to make sure they do what they promise its a pleasure to find someone who does. I was in the market for a water softener system and in my quest to find someone who wouldn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge I came across Claude's Plumbing. I spoke to Claude about what I wanted and everything he told me with me being skeptical was cross checked and to my delight his expertise and statements all checked out. But...the proof is always in the finished product...does it deliver? YES!!!!! I would highly recommend Claude and will be making him my go to plumber from now on.

Claude has been helping me with my plumbing needs for 7 years now. I first met him when he was working for a big plumbing company and found him professional and very honest. The only problem were the prices, which he acknowledged and did his best to trim down. A few years and a few repairs later, he started up his own business and that last impediment fell away. He has fixed numerous plumbing issues in our old home, and I have also called on his help with my business and my mother's business. He is unfailingly professional, prompt, honest and efficient. I am very happy with his prices too. Dealing with plumbers can be a little scary, as it is easy to be razzle-dazzled with information you don't know and end up paying much more for services you don't really need. That has never been the case with Claude. He is honest and has a lot of integrity for his work. Only once did I call him back for a repair that he did. He didn't charge me for the follow up, even though it turned out to be a flaw in the design of the toilet our landlord installed. I have recommended Claude to many friends always to their happiness and satisfaction. Call him, you won't be sorry.
