We had an emergency with the septic system at our house, we called and they sent someone out right away! Great company and very polite knowledgeable employees. Highly recommend!!

They were good in the past but if you have an emergency the girl who answers the phone is useless you cannot schedule for the next day or two
I even told her sewage was coming in my shower and she didn't care
She didn't even care when I canceled my scheduled pumping that was supposed to be next week

They didnt pack the dirt when filling in the holes which left me with a huge sinkhole of a leaching field in my backyard. It was costly for me to fix. It was the previous homeowner who used them before the sale of the house they must have been the cheapest price. Shocker.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have personally never used this company and would suggest that others considering them DO NOT USE THEM as well. Their driver damaged a piece of equipment that was on my property and was very unapologetic about it. So, I left a message with their secretary to call me back. She said the President Jeff would call me back and make it right. The next day I get a call back from the secretary saying that the Owner of their company said it's my fault that the, driver hit the equipment. (My fault the driver hit my equipment??) They were not going to do anything about it, and if I pursued it, they would come after me for damages to their truck. First of all the President , who I left a message for cannot even call me back, and second of all the attitudes of their employees. I guess it all comes from the top down. When I tried to discuss the incident with the driver at the scene, he was rude and unapologetic for something he did. Then the owner can't be bothered to call me back. The secretary had the same attitude as everyone else at this company. BOTTOM LINE. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY SEPTIC SERVICES. Sorry for the long review, but I am not sure what else to do, but tell everyone that can read this, how I was treated by them. So if they do a job for you, and damage your property, you probably want to think twice about using them. I hope this helps if you are considering this careless company.
