The front door knob was really loose and wouldn't latch reliably, but Marco not only tightened it but even adjusted the strike plate so that it latched with just the right amount of pressure. He finished the repairs in 1hr for a very reasonable price. I'm glad I took a chance & called Classy Handyman Services.
