Don't answer their phone when you call. Then you get a full voicemail box. When you finally reach them they tell you they'll call you back then never do. They don't return calls. They also don't text. Don't waste your time with these people. They are exactly that - a massive waste of time.

I called Classic after noon and they had a couple of plumbers at my house before 5 to give me an estimate and schedule the project for the next day. At 9 AM the plumbers showed up and finished 4 hours later. It should be noted this involved a serious leak under the slab. The job was done efficiently and capably and at a fair price.

I used Classic Plumbing at my Landlord's request. 2 weeks ago they showed up unannounced at 7:30pm and worked for several hours. They ended up pouring some really stinky acid down my drain and instructed me not to use my kitchen sink or laundry machine until they returned the next day. They have still not returned! I paid them and they said they would email my receipt so that I could get reimbursed from my Landlord. I haven't received the invoice, but my check went through the next day. I would not recommend them to anyone. The guys were nice enough, but that only goes so far. I really just want my receipt- I fixed the problem that they didn't return for the next day. As a self-employed contractor, I know that an emailed invoice should only take about 5 minutes to send!

Classic Plumbing installed all of the plumbing for our new 2,000 square foot home. It was a real pleasure working with Fred. His products were top of the line, and the installation was first rate, on schedule, and very reasonable. We have also had them return to install a whole house filter.
I would highly recommend Classic Plumbing for any new plumbing construction work or plumbing repair work.
