Very bad experience. Inept and unprofessional company. Completely misdiagnosed an outside leak. Did unnecessary work which would have cost a lot of money. Did poor job cleaning up.

I was having several plumbing issues I called and within a couple of hours Ken was on the job. He was very courteous and respectful to me and was very knowledgeable about his profession. He did a great job and it looked highly professional. Thank you Ken and Classic Plumbing!!!!!! Piper Kiser- Plano

I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, 10/11/16, for Classic Plumbing to replace the diverter in my kitchen faucet and replace four valves in the bathroom. The customer service prior to the appointment was good, and the plumber showed up within the two hour window scheduled. However, this is where it went downhill quickly. When he arrived, he didn't say anything, he didn't even introduce himself. I let him in and asked if he wanted to start with the kitchen faucet or the valves in the bathroom, and he responded that he would start in the kitchen. He reeked of cigarettes which I find very offensive, and huffed and puffed as he began trying to figure out where the diverter went; he then asked me where it went, and if any directions were sent with the part. I stated that I thought it was located in the housing, which it was, and he took the faucet apart to get to it. He then asked if a tool came with the part as he wasn't sure how to get it out. I called their office as I was very concerned at this point, and when I came back into the room he was on the phone with another plumber. He smashed the end of a cooper pipe to use (a wide screwdriver or coin would have worked) as a tool, and broke the part leaving the use of a screwdriver impossible. He then put the faucet back together and headed towards the front door. I asked if someone was coming to help him, and he stated that he was leaving and another plumber would come to fix it when he finished the job he was on. I asked about the valves, and he stated that the other plumber would do all of it. Multiple calls to Classic that day resulted in being told that they had not heard from any of the other plumbers. It is now 11/14/16, and I have not heard back from them, and since that time, the pipe they repaired under my sidewalk a two years ago has broke and had to be repaired again because Classic did not repair it correctly. According to the City of Plano's Inspector, it is illegal to have a connection under the concrete slab, and since Classic never registered for a permit and had the repair inspected, the repair was made with connections under the sidewalk, and filled in without an inspection which has resulted in another repair. My $300.00 faucet has had to be replaced because their plumber broke the part and left it. I am 58 years old, and I have never experienced such incompetence and horrible service in my entire life. Never, ever, again!!

Very honest guys, who did quality work and charged us a very fair price! Best experience we've had with a plumber in the area so far.

I couldn't have been happier with the work done by Classic. I need RPZ valves for a new business. This is not an easy installation but Bill showed up, told us everything he needed to do. His work was meticulous and expedient. And, the price was fair. In the future, I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

We had several plumbing problems at our house. I called Classic Plumbing on the advice of a friend. They did a great job, and fixed everything at a reasonable price... Great customer service on the phone and in person. I will use them again if needed, and recommend them to my friends!!

This has been a terrible experience, the plumber didn't have any clue what was wrong, but he just kept wasting my time and kept cutting the tube. It was an absolute rip off, I would NEBER recommend them to anyone, they are unprofessional, rude and stubborn I really want my money back, and I regret calling them.

Just repaired the dreaded "Water Pipe Leak Under The Slab". Dale was totally professional and very conscientious. He was determined NOT to have to tear open the slab. He was able to re-route the plumbing around the leak using PEX. And the best part, much less than what he thought it might cost originally. These guys have replaced my water heater last year and installed the faucets in the remodeled bath room. I highly recommend them. Bravo!

I recently had Classic replace an outdoor faucet. They did a great job on the faucet, but as the plumber was finishing, he announced that they don't do the masonry work anymore. This came as a complete surprise, since Classic had replaced another outdoor faucet approximately 6 months ago which included the masonry work. The caulking on the latest job was, to say the least, unsightly.
Getting this small of a job done can be a hassle and an expense. Thy guy Classic recommended didn't return messages and when I finally made contact, promised 'early next week'. Early next week came and went, so I found someone else to do the work. Judging from the difference in the bills for the two outdoor faucets Classic replaced, they charged $100 for the masonry work (which was very well done). I wound up paying $175 to have another company come in and do the job.

I will never use Classic Plumbing again. They don't guarantee there work, when there is a problem they want to charge you again for fixing there on mistake. Be Aware stay away from this company.
