Had them come out to fix the pipe where it broke due to the roots. They came to unclog the line. Which the line was already unclogged. They provided a quote for $140 per hour after they looked at it. The plumber called his boss, John and that price changed to $2,500. I asked why the number changed because both prices were quoted AFTER they were there and he said if you don't like it, don't take the bid. Terrible customer service and bad communication. Too many other plumbers to work with this one.

Hot water had turned to lukewarm water so I called Classic to come take a look. They installed a new Rheem water heater the same day and were very professional. They came back out to check and adjust a few things the following week. The price was very much in line with what I expected to pay. They were on time, courteous, professional, and fair. Fast and friendly service! We called for a plumber to come out and they were able to accommodate our limited window of availability (12-1). They were here on time (and I was running behind) and finished within the hour! Riley and Dean were very professional and informative. There was a small leak coming from T-connector on the thermal expansion tank above my hot water heater. I called a plumbing company that quoted me their fixed price which was ridiculous. I declined their services and called Classic Plumbing after seeing good reviews.

Classic said the repair would be on a time and materials basis which I knew would be reasonable since it is a simple repair with the equipment accessible in the garage. Ken came out a did the repair in just under an hour and the total price was approx half of what the other company wanted to charge. And the way the repair was done is better than the way the builder did it. Brass instead of plastic.

Jeff and Chris were at my house all day putting in a gas line in my attic for a new gas stove. They did a great job finding the best solution and were so helpful. They cleaned up after themselves and I was very pleased with their work.

This review might change but as of right now, I'm not very happy with them. I called them to install a dishwasher and was quoted $140 which was comparable to what Lowe's or Home Depot charges. I specifically asked what if they need parts or anything to finish the installation and I was assured they would have someone run out the parts and that it should not take more than an hour. The day the tech came out, he said he needed to come back the next day with a part and took the installation instructions with him. He came back the next day and had to keep referring to the instructions and calling his supervisor. 3.5 hours later, he supposedly had finished "his part" since it ends up I need an electrician to install a plug, which I understand. Unfortunately, my mom was there for me and just handed over her credit card for a $467 bill! To install a dishwasher!

I called first thing this morning and told the manager that if they didn't know how to do it or thought it would cost that much, they should have said as much and I would have found someone else to install it. They were not forthcoming at all! I called this company because I had had good experiences previously but I'm extremely upset they weren't honest about their capabilities. As quoted and verbally guaranteed, it should have been $140 plus the $12 part. We'll see if they refund the difference, but I'm not sure I'd use them again just because I feel they were dishonest about their capabilities. I've referred other people to them as well but I definitely can't do that anymore.

Update: these people are horrific liars! When I proved that my double dishwasher could be installed for less like I was asked for, Julia in the office accused me of intentionally not telling them what kind of dishwasher it was like I would know the difference! Reported them to the BBB! These are horrible people who didn't complete the job they were overpaid to do! They wouldn't even refund the difference from what they quoted and what they charged! Completely dishonest and will do anything to sway the blame when their guys can't do the job!

I had a hot water heater burst in my home in Allen. I had just used Classic to fix a faucet at my business 3 days prior. I liked the service and price so called again for the hot water heater repair. Classic came out promptly and professionally just as you'd expect. Aaron did a very thorough job and was very nice to work with! Overall great experience and top notch service!

Happy with my water heater replacement by Aaron. Very knowledgeable and professional, he immediately noticed some issues from the previous install that I knew about from a home inspection. Aaron was able to explain the root cause of the leaky inlet and outlet flexes from the corroded compression fittings and some galvanized steel parts that were used. I agreed to have stainless steel flexes and soldered connections installed with the new water heater so hopefully they survive the full life of the heater. All issues were fixed under the standard install price including re-routing the relief valve line properly. I will use Classic Plumbing for any future needs!

I thought I might have a major water leak from my master shower. Alex showed up and performed all the necessary test to see what the problem might be. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Upon completion of the test, he diagnosed the problem to be from water drainage from the outside of the house. No internal plumbing problems. It was very refreshing to have a direct, honest answer. This was the first time we have used Classic Plumbing. Plan on using them again.

After moving into our new house in Plano we discovered we had plumbing leak. At 1st we called different Co who said we needed entire new Plumbing System. We then contacted Classic who responded immediately assessed problems & quoted us price. Work started within day or 2. They had to dig tunnel under house one end to other. Men were pleasant & knew their business. Only issue we had was with the Crew who refilled tunnels. They were from a contracted Co. They showed up late everyday they were here. Classic got job done. Alert if you need big or small job I highly recommend. Be aware it will take 2 full weeks to replace plumbing.
