Cline Conner founded this company out of his house in West Salem and originally operated under the name Special Plumbing until he launched a residential service division in 2002 called Classic Plumbing Solutions. Understanding that customers want a trustworthy service provider in their homes who respects their family, home, and time, he developed a standard of hiring only dependable technicians that are background checked and drug tested. He also recognized the importance of ongoing, professional training. Thanks to the solid foundation Cline built for his business, following his fatal motorcycle accident in 2005, the current staff could continue his legacy. We work to go beyond customer expectations for plumbing repairs or replacements from the first interaction to the final farewell!

Being guided in the plumbing business by my father, Gene Hill, and my uncle, Cline Conner, it was a logical progression to lead the company following Cline's fatal accident in 2005. Cline dedicated 25 years to building a strong foundation with exceptional employees who remain with us today!
