Our goal at Classic Plumbing Solutions is to perform plumbing work with sincerity, moral soundness, and skill, so our customers are proud to name us their plumber and comfortable suggesting us to others.
Starting from his residence in West Salem, Cline Conner founded the business under the name Special Plumbing and later, in 2002, added a home services division named Classic Plumbing Solutions.
Recognizing the importance of trust, respect for the home and family, and punctuality, he set a standard to employ only dependable plumbers who have passed background and drug tests.
He also identified the need for ongoing, professional training to maintain high standards.
Thanks to the solid foundation Cline built, when he tragically passed in a motorcycle accident in 2005, the team was prepared to uphold the company’s legacy.
We strive to exceed client expectations from the first contact through project completion on all plumbing fixes and installations.
Renee' grew up in West Salem and remains a local resident.
Trained since 1987 by her father, Gene Hill, and uncle, Cline Conner, she gained extensive plumbing experience.
In 2005, she took over ownership of the company and is proud to carry on its tradition.

Rhonda K.called out for a basic drippy shower head. ""plumber"" only replaced washers. Didn't even put on the new shower head which he was asked to do. Next day use of the shower that he said was fixed Involved 3 new problem!!! low pressur, unable to control temperature and inability to turn the water off. For all of this a charge of $281. Almost 300 bucks to not fix and make a shower completely unusabl!!!!!!! seriously?
