Very satisfied customer here! Good all around experience from the initial call in to the finished product! They made sure they could squeeze me in and work around my tenants schedule. Then the tech Joe was very friendly and informative of what he was doing to clear the clog. Gave some good advice on maintenance and I for sure will make classic plumbing my first and only call for any of my plumbing needs! He did NOT try to sell any additional service like other companies I have used in the past have tried and their rates are very reasonable. Thanks again Joe! Two thumbs up!

It has been such pleasure to work with Classic Plumbing. They are professional, thorough, and extremely competent. I had them work on a complicated plumbing leak at an old, very large industrial campus after the previous plumber gave up and basically said ""this is too difficult for me!!!"" Their pricing is very fair. I would highly recommend this company!!

Classic plumbing made my day! Our entire house has no hot water pressure for a while. We called home warranty, and a guy came checked a little bit and told us that we need to replace the hot water pipe for entire house and it's not cover by insurance. We were very upset by the news since we are looking at thousands of dollars... Then we decided to get a second opinion and we found Classic Plumbing on Yelp. Since everyone gives them a 5 star, we decided to give it a shot. It turns out to be the best decision we have ever made. Technician Elise came, checked the water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom, and checked water heater. Then he told me that it very likely either the knob or the supply line of the water heater was plugged. He told me the price for replacing the parts and I told him go ahead, but deep inside I wasn't sure that simple fix can fix our long lasting problem. The magic happened, 10 mins later, Elise walked in the kitchen and turn on the hot water, the tiny string of water before turn to rushing water. Oh my god, I couldn't believe my eyes!
My experience taught me that we need to find the right guy for the job and Classic Plumbing is the one! They honest, fast and efficient. They are not playing games here, but solve you problems. I highly recommend them!
Thank you very much Classic Plumbing! You just add one more satisfied and loyal customer.

You need look no further you have found the best. I have been using Classic Plumbing for years. Professional, Clean, and they get the job done right the first time every time.
I have referred my neighbors and property managers as well, and all have been very happy with Classic Plumbing's service. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

I have used Classic Plumbing in the past for a rental property and Mike was fantastic. He did a thorough job and was very reasonable with his pricing. When I had a few small plumbing issues crop up at my primary home, they were the first ones I called.
What a mistake. Something changed. They sent out someone new, which was fine. I gave him my list of items.
1. Stoppage in two bathroom sinks
2. Hard to turn faucet handle
3. Leak in another faucet handle
4. Broken toilet handle (lever still worked fine).
He never gave me a price before he started working. Instead, he told me that because I had known Mike that they would give us a good price. Yah right.
1. Sink stoppages - he pulled hair out of one sink (5 minutes) and snaked the other one, but not before telling me that I should pay $350 dollars for him to cut off the pipe because he was probably going to break it with the snake. (Do these guys work on commission??). I elected for the snake. Low and behold, it took him 5 minutes to snake and no broken pipe.
2+3: He opened one faucet and told me the stem was dirty and suggested I buy a new faucet. He didn't even bother looking at the other one (although he did want to sell me a new stem before even checking to see if it just needed a washer) before he told me to buy a new faucet there as well.
4. He replaced the handle. Yup again, 5 minute job.
He was a nice enough guy, but then he gave me the bill. The work took him less than an hour and he wanted to charge me $80 per sink and toilet handle. $240 folks for less than an hour of work fixing small handy man types of items. I complained, but paid him since I didn't think he had any control over pricing. Then I called his boss. His boss took a few days to get back to me and informed me that the charges were correct, but that he would refund my money. I told him that I was happy to pay for the work, no one expects to get the work done for free, but that it had to be a reasonable price given the type of work and how much time it took. We agreed on a smaller price.
Even so, I am so disappointed. The manager/owner was NOT apologetic at all. In fact it seemed he didn't really care that I was unhappy or why. He asked zero questions. So strange.
Such an opposite experience than I had the first time with them. Will not be calling them again.

Highly recommend, great service. Prompt, courteous and professional, even cleaned up after job was completed and worked around my crazy schedule. Will definitely use their services again.

I had my water dispenser installed today by the classic plumbing team. Great job, clean and the price is right for the time and material it took to complete the job.
Informed that my main line was backed up and took care of it before they left (extra cost) but it had to be done.
They were on time and explained everything to me as I had a ton of questions. Considering having Classic plumbing to repipe our house and learned from the plumber what type of copper material is needed. There are different grades of cooper piping so ask your plumber about it before moving forward.
Great job Classic Plumbing -
Another happy customer.

Classic plumbing, first off, very excellent service. A local business I would not hesitate to recommend to others. Professional, on point, went the extra mile to get the job done correctly.
Our 12+ year old 30 gallon water heater was on its last leg of life and I was tired of dealing with it. Water heaters eventually need to be replaced and our family wanted an excellent, serviceable, highly efficient, upgraded 40 gallon 2016 model. And we wanted a model coming from a plumber - believe it or not getting a water heater from a plumber makes a lot of sense. If they're gonna service it for you they have direct contact with the brand manufacture and can solve any issues fairly promptly if one arises. Warranty and install is a no brainier.
Called a few local plumbers for quotes and our family decided to go with Classic Plumbers based on reviews, pricing and availability. Casey scheduled us the next day at 9am and the next day Classic came out at 9am ready to work. They brought out a Bradford White 40 gallon water heater. I'm familiar with the brand and was happy with the unit. All water heaters in 2015/2016 have to meet California's new codes for low emission and high efficiency. For homeowners that's good.
The crew of two got the unit out - they replaced our old water shutoff / and gas shutoff - helped me brace the water heater platform for the heavier unit - Cleaned their mess up - focused on getting the job done - just went above and beyond service.
No fuss, issues, or problems. I was very happy with the work done. They made sure the new 40 gallon fit well and all the fittings we're perfect. Our family has an upgraded water heater and so far it's working great! The unit is so quiet - hot water last a lot longer- can do a load of laundry and shower and still have hot water.
Our family is happy and thanks Classic for doing a top notch job. Absolutely happy with the work done. You guys do great work for the community. Thank you.

Always great service, price and quality. It's so hard to find good plumbing services and I'm so happy I don't have to look anymore. Highly recommended!

I had a partially clogged, slow drain. Same day service, friendly over the phone, and efficient onsite. Very reasonable. After the work was completed and the plumber was summarizing and explaining what had been done, I was struck by how positive he felt about Classic Plumbing. My consumer experiences have always been great whenever I've had the opportunity to work with people that have pride in their work and company. I plan to keep them as my regular plumbing service provider.
