This company was originally referred to me by another business. I called and spoke to the owner's wife; while she was very pleasant, I had to call three different times to try to set up an appointment. Every time I called, I was promised that an appointment would be set up within the next few days. The third and final time I called they promised me that they would call me back and never did; that was over a month ago. Customer service is more than being polite, it is about following through and not leaving the customer hanging. If they were not interested in this job, I wish they would have said something from the start. Very disappointing.
