Really happy with Classic Guys Plumbing! We had a leak in our main line and it was pooling. I called at 6:40 AM this morning and Tiffany answered - I was so shocked, expecting to have to leave a message! Tiffany was helpful, honest about when they'd possibly come out, and pleasant. They came earlier than expected, which wasn't an issue for me, and got right to work. They were transparent on pricing, giving me an estimate for labor and excavation and gave me an idea of a ballpark based on what material the main line was and how large of an area needed repair. We were fortunate it was a small section and PVC! They were quick to fix the issue and cover it back up. I really appreciate the transparency, professionalism, and overall experience. Thank you, we hope to not need you any time soon but we definitely found a great plumbing company should something come up!

I had a leak behind the turn off valve on my toilet that was beyond my DIY. has to turn the water off for the entire hous. called Classic Guys and they were here within two hour. very professional. Ben and Zack had it done in 1/2 hour. Customer service is second to non. would highly recommend them.

This review is overdue. I've used Classic Guys twice, the first time was for routine work and the crew they sent out was prompt and did an awesome job for a fair price. However, they really won me on the 2nd visit. My wife and I were leaving for our honeymoon and she walked into the garage and walked back in and said the water heater failed and was ejecting water into the garage. I called Classic Guys at 1:00 on a Friday afternoon, they sent a crew out within an hour and had my water heater replaced by 5pm. Like I said, prompt, professional, fair and the people are always a pleasure to deal with. I appreciate this business very much. Thank you.

Tyler at Classic Guys was amazing. He explained everything he was going to do in order to replace my gas water heater. So professional, yet very personable. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Tyler and the Classic Guys crew. Very honest and affordable. The office staff is amazing as well.

I received service today from Classic Guys Plumbing. CJ & Zach we're professional, on time and kept me updated throughout the process.

We got a fire clay sink installed about two months ago and it cracked.

Considering they had to remove the old sink, install a cast-iron sink that weighted over 100 pounds, put in a new faucet & switch the plumbing to the other side I feel the cost was a good deal.

This is not an easy job. I will be calling them in the future if I need assistance.

Needed to have my new garbage disposal installed. Called CGP Tiffaney was able to schedule for same day! Moses arrived on time, very professional and personable. He told me what he was doing, even asked if I needed help putting items back under sink. He cleaned up area and showed me install was complete and working. I highly recommend this company. Tiffaney was quick to return phone calls and check on my satisfaction. I will call CGP next time needed.

I had a valve stuck in either my sprinkler system or my pool equipment. She was exactly right. She scheduled an appointment and continued to follow-up with me to ensure that it was fixed.
