Our 10 year old water heater started leaking and needed to be replaced. We contacted Classic Guys and although the could not come out right away, they did stay in contact with us. Unfortunately, they were so booked up for the day, they finally arrived at 9 pm. Long of the short, they had to come back with a new water heater and install it at 11pm. It took them all of 45 minutes to get the old one out and the new one installed and running. Everything is good now.

Clifton came out, gave us an estimate and it was very reasonable. Left to go get parts, came back and replaced the flange, wax ring, and the tank kit. Very impressed that he brought in a shop vac to clean up his work area and even caulked the bottom of the toilet when he was done. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work. Will def use him for any future plumbing needs!

My husband tried ""fixing"" the faucet in our tub. Unfortunately he made things worse... much much worse! My husband somehow made it so our tub faucet was stuck on full blast!

I had a wait a little bit for arrival, but the office kept me informed on his arrival time. He actually saved my tile and kept damage to a minimum. The cost was competitively priced.
