CJ came out to check on my water heater because she died this weekend. I cannot emphasize how nice and polite he was! Gave me a quote and we will be having him come out later to replace her. He went above and beyond and I appreciate him and Miss Tiffany!!!!!

Gotta do positive reviews not only negative ones. After getting an outrageous quote from another company to install a water pressure regulator and a new main valve I called Classic Guys. I worked with them in the past to fix a valve behind the fridge and they were most professional and priced very competitively. The were out within the week to install, tech showed up on time. Did the job thoroughly and cleaned up after. Will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

These guys are truly professional plumbers that truly care about the customers needs. I had a major slab leak and had no water. They came out in middle of night to get us water snd then came back to run new lines. I highly recommend these guys. I have used many people over the years but these guys are top notch.

This company is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of their retail customers.

Had to wait 2 weeks for an initial appointment. The main guy and his partner showed up multiple hours late that day. They did not have the courtesy to remove their shoes while walking on my carpet. They also do not wear masks unless you strongly insist they do so and provide them with the actual masks during this unprecedented global pandemic.

They did limited work in the timeframe for that initial appointment and stated they would need to come back a second time to do the rest. The earliest appointment time they could offer was 3 weeks later.

On the date of the scheduled appointment, their receptionist called 2.5 hours after the time this duo was supposed to have shown up, apologized and stated they would still be coming. 4 hours later, same lady called and apologized and said an ""emergency"" came up. She inquired if this team could still show up well after 7pm at night. I declined.

This company is focused on commercial work that they supposedly do overnight. They have a lot of positive reviews and plenty of demand. As such, they feel they do not need to value customers' time and/or be courteous in reasonably keeping appointments. These guys may know their stuff but don't expect professionalism from this company.

One positive is there are plenty of professional and reputable competitors to choose from. This company is very confident now and may believe they invented plumbing.

Buyer beware.

I believe in the power of reviews and wouldn't hesitate to post a negative review after trying diligently (and reasonably) to get the business to resolve my issue...

That being said, I also believe that a LOT of people just don't want to get ripped off when paying for repairs, so here's MY story of How Classic Guys Plumbing gave me EXCELLENT service and showed HONESTY. I would highly recommend you give em a shot... I tried them based on another recommendation from a FB group for my area!

I had a leaking back hose spigot with only about 3"" of pipe sticking out of stucco, I thought it needed replaced and called. I was going to be out of town, discussed my expectations and what I expected to pay (I didn't want to try to sweat the copper myself or risk stucco work if I screwed it up- time to pay a pro). They arranged everything over the phone, refused to accept payment up front, and said to call when I had cell service. They guy found out that the packing nut only needed tightened, NO CHARGE. He could have easily replaced it and charged me several hundred dollars, and I would never have known. Classic guys plumbing is amazing. We had Tim out today for our drain being slow and issues with out toilet not draining well. He assessed, listened to the issue and gave us best, medium and worst case scenarios. We lucked out it was the best case and he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and courteous (as they always are from Classic Guys Plumbing). Would def be the only the only plumber we will call for issues we are having in the future.

I called them to give me a estimate for a new water heater, 30 gal. Electric. It's in a tight area.
They called me back right away ask to send them pictures of the area and picture of the label, which I did.
This was on Friday now it's Tuesday the 21 st. Still haven't heard back.
I guess they don't like to deal with new customers.
There customer service does not live up to there reviews.

Clifton and the team at Classic Guys Plumbing are simply fantastic. They are honest, hardworking, and they always do the right thing.
