I live in Chicago and my tenant called to tell me there was a leak. The team at classic drains and plumbing was on it right away. They are very responsive and trustworthy. I thought maybe the entire water heater needed to be replaced, but it was just a part. Given I wasn't there to see for myself I'm glad to have a company I can trust to do the right repair and not overcharge or do unnecessary work.

doesn't stand behind his work. Doesn't want to honor the water heaters warranty. Shotty work. Bad experience several times.

Jim was extremely rude and was almost yelling both times I called him. I had multiple jobs at two houses. He said he did not have time to give an estimate and wanted to only come out if he got the job for sure.

I went with someone else who called back in 5 mins and showed up at home in 45 minutes.

I would not recommend classic drains.

James has been out to our house twice. He was punctual, polite, and professional. He replaced a cooper pipe, and more recently, cleaned out our mainline. He did a thorough job clearing out the three roots and gave us tips for keeping them away until we can replace our sewage. I would recommend Classic Drains & Plumbing Inc.

James was upfront with us. He responded quickly and explained everything that needed to be done including areas where it could possibly go wrong. Our leak stopped and we have delayed the repair for now, but will probably call James back when we remodel our bathroom so he can replace the pipes in the wall.

I highly recommend using Classic Drain and plumbing. The fast honest and there employee Brian was excellent. There office staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. There employee speaks highly of James the owner and say he's out in the field doing the work also.
