I don't even want to give a 1star rating but your forced to on this app if you want to write a review about your experience.classic Drains Plumbing is the worst Plumming co James the owner is very impatient and rude and won't stand behind his work or his employees work and shitty work at that.brian did such a horrible job the first time he had to come back the second time to fix it and guess what it's fucked again and they won't warranty there work and give a call back.last people to touch my plumbing and it's my fault.never again will I recommend them to anyone,shitty owner,company, employees and work.i hope people read this to know never to use you hacks.

James is top notch, very cool dude! I highly recommend James for all your plumbing needs. He came to my parents house within minutes and took care of business!! Dont waste your time with the others!!!!

James from Classic Drains and Plumbing. I called this company but it is actually only an answering service relaying information to local plumbers. They do not know anything about the plumbers they are recommending and will not be responsible, at all, for the type of work or treatment you will receive from the plumber. James came once before to my home and wanted to overcharge. I collected three different estimates and his was the most inflated. Since he did not like that I did not take him, he has been unpleasant and unpolite. Off course I would have never contacted again, but this Classic Drains answering system did not know of my prior experience with this guy. Do not hire a plumber through this company! (or do not hire James for that matter).

I was so worried about getting someone here late on a Saturday afternoon. James was here about 40 minutes after I called and he was great! He worked quickly, was professional and cleaned up when he was done. I couldn't have had a better outcome. Well done!

I called on a Monday to have a leak repaired. James informed me that he could have a tech out here the next day. Brian showed up on time, He was very professional, courteous, and informative . He took care of my issue very quickly. The service from beginning to end was top notch!, thank you.

A Saturday call to the plumber is never fun! But today when the shower water came up the toilet and vice versa, we used our plumbing insurance and just like that, Classic Drains was at our home (45 minute drive to our rural location). James the owner made quick work of cleaning out our main line (we have a clean out in front of our home) and on he went. His machine was new and quiet and efficient.
Now on to the rest of my weekend!

I called this plumbing company because they offered senior discounts I needed both my toilets snaked out with the electric snake to make sure everything was OK in my older home. The gentleman came, nice person, he was literally in the house for no more than 5 minutes. He came out carrying a hand snake contraption and charged me $155.00!! Yes, it was a Saturday but that was OK according to them. AND that was with the discount. I clearly, am in the wrong job. $155.00 for 5 minutes work??? I ended up having to spend another $250 for 2 new toilets with someone else. What a waste of $155.00.

We've used these guys for multiple plumbing projects and have always been very pleased. Emergency calls, scheduled projects, anything plumbing - these are the ones to call.

Tonight while I was at my hockey game, I got a call from my wife telling me our showers and toilets were backing up. Clearly that's what you wanna hear while you're driving home at 7pm and completely sweaty and sticky.

She checked on yelp and found Classic Drains and told me about their reviews and ratings. I have to shower this filth off me so there was no choice.. we needed a plumber.

We called and they said they'd be at our home within an hour. 25min later when I got home my wife told me they'd be here in 5min (yes, they gave us updates at to their arrival).

When Brian got here, my man wasted not time at all. He got to work and fixed the problem. We have root intrusion in our lines and this is something we're going to have to deal with soon. The news wasn't the greatest, but my man was completely honest and upfront about the situation. What more could you ask for?!

Brian fixed our problem quickly and professionally. There is no doubt that if/when I encounter plumbing problems in the future, I'll give these guys a call!

Needed someone to unclog our toilet ASAP. It was a Sunday afternoon. Gave them a ring and after 30 minutes Brian returned my call saying that he'd be by in another two hrs. We got a few text messages keeping us posted; Brian also called giving a heads up.
When he arrived, he promptly got to work. He was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about our situation. He remedied the problem easily, quickly, and bleached the area afterwards.
Prices were surprising considering it was over the weekend and on call. I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys and use them again if necessary.
