James was upfront with us. He responded quickly and explained everything that needed to be done including areas where it could possibly go wrong. Our leak stopped and we have delayed the repair for now, but will probably call James back when we remodel our bathroom so he can replace the pipes in the wall.

I highly recommend using Classic Drain and plumbing. The fast honest and there employee Brian was excellent. There office staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. There employee speaks highly of James the owner and say he's out in the field doing the work also.

James came out today in excellent time, so professional and kind. He took extra time to share stories with my children who are autistic. My kids were encouraged after about the trade. So glad he came! Couldn't find a more salt of the earth honest fellow if you tried. My husband is a handy man himself and could tell James work was super! Very pleased to have them out. We have had them before, I think it was Brian and I remember being equally impressed. As a mom with 6 kids I rarely get to take the time to leave reviews unless I'm really impressed.

The work that was done was supposed to be a simple fix, but turned out to be a sloppy job! Found out that the person who worked on my faucet was the owner! Called a different company to come work on it and they said that they've heard a lot of complaints about the owner, James! James is rude and does a really shitty job! For someone to be in the business for so many years, it just shows he needs to retire because he's obviously overworked, overpriced, and hates his job!

Usually I go with Scott Grider plumbing but he was busy the day I need him. He recommended Classic Drains and Plumbing. So glad he did. I had a toilet and bathtub back up. Made a huge mess overflowing. I needed someone asap. I figured it was the main sewage line and sure enough it was. Called Classic that morning and fortunately they were available. Brian came promptly, they even texted a link that shows where he is coming from and est. time of arrival. He removed the toilet and snaked the line and cleared the plug quickly. Installed a new toilet ring and cleaned up the floor after he was complete. Extremely courteous and thorough. Very fair pricing. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you Brian and CD&P.

I don't even want to give a 1star rating but your forced to on this app if you want to write a review about your experience.classic Drains Plumbing is the worst Plumming co James the owner is very impatient and rude and won't stand behind his work or his employees work and shitty work at that.brian did such a horrible job the first time he had to come back the second time to fix it and guess what it's fucked again and they won't warranty there work and give a call back.last people to touch my plumbing and it's my fault.never again will I recommend them to anyone,shitty owner,company, employees and work.i hope people read this to know never to use you hacks.

James from Classic Drains and Plumbing. I called this company but it is actually only an answering service relaying information to local plumbers. They do not know anything about the plumbers they are recommending and will not be responsible, at all, for the type of work or treatment you will receive from the plumber. James came once before to my home and wanted to overcharge. I collected three different estimates and his was the most inflated. Since he did not like that I did not take him, he has been unpleasant and unpolite. Off course I would have never contacted again, but this Classic Drains answering system did not know of my prior experience with this guy. Do not hire a plumber through this company! (or do not hire James for that matter).
