Hans was easy to reach by phone. He was able to come the next day to repair a dripping bathtub faucet. He was able to repair the faucet without tearing out the wall. Just bought the house and winter came and was horrifically cool. In addition we had rain of which we noticed an excessive amount of water under the house. Hans came out and told us our duct work was not hooked up but was in terrible shape. He was very timely and we had a sump pump with new ducts I days. Three years later no water under the house and heater works great when we need it.

Had a leaking (china made) faucet in guest bath , Hans came and had a look and said it needed a certain part which he said I might get lucky and find, but he doubted it.. He was right, I bought a new quality faucet an from Home Depot a called Class Act for a quote to install. Hans quoted $ 225 to replace it. After an attempt to replace the faucet he determined that the Treaded stud that held the faucet to the sink was not long enough, that he didn't have one in his truck and would have to buy. Called back couple days later that it would now to cost $457 to put the faucet in.. with the cost of the faucet cost almost $600.. think this is EXTREMELY excessive.. will not use again

Had a plumbing issue and called Class Act. They were able to accommodate within hours and good thing too, because what we thought was a simple fix turned into us being way in over our heads. Hans came, assessed and made a replacement recommendation. The replacement was completed a day later and we haven't seen an issue since. We don't look forward to any plumbing needs but if we do we know where we can get the job done!

Class Act Plumbing Heating & Air was the farthest thing from a class act. Han, the owner, spent 3 full days to fix our heater last November 2011. He could not diagnosis the problem and finally ended up installing a new control panel. The cost did not reflect the amount of time spent but rather for the job which was good but when we went to run our air conditioning the next season it then did not work. Given the questionable service from Class Act, I decided to call a different air conditioning company. After inspection I was told that the control panel had not been properly hooked up and they had to rewire it. The serviceman told me specifically to call and get a refund for having to pay for this service again. But when I informed Class Act of what took place Han told me to call the Better Business Bureau to get my money refunded. I believe this was ethically wrong of them to not immediately refund our money and make us double pay for a service Han incorrectly installed. Of course the BBB is a lengthy process and I had to find my receipt from months prior but I will eventually make the attempt. I would warn against choosing Class Act for your heating and air services due to their lack of expertise and their dishonest way of handling business.
