Called on the 26th of December 2016 for a faucet replacement that Burst on Christmas Day. Carlos was out here in two hours, same day, to install the new faucet for us. He did not over charge us and was polite and got the job done leaving no mess in his wake. Thanks Carlos!!

Joe from Class A provides wonderful
service. I will continue to use his company for my properties. He does quality work and is very kind. He arrived when promised and completed the job in time. Also, he doesn't overcharge. I highly recommend Joe from Class A Drain & Plumbing.

I got this company through Old Republic Home Protection and was confident that I would have another competent service provider through OHRP.
I made arrangements with Class A to arrive at my house between 11:00 and 1:00 Friday, August 1. I did not hear from Class A before the appointment time or during the appointment window. I then called them at 1:00 pm. Their employee told me that the plumber would arrive within 20 min to an half hour. With that assurance I was dumb enough to believe her. It is now 3:00 and the plumber has not arrived.
I talked to Old Republic around 2 and told their CSR that I was not going to pay for Class A's service. At that point theservice operator reluctantly called Class A. The CSR told me that the plumber did not know that his phone was off and that he was now driving to my house. (I still can't figure out that connection.)
I will give OHRP a pass but not Class A Plumbing.
