We tried another plumber first (mistake). We were in such a bind and Clark's came out right away and fixed the broken screw that we requested. They even put the toilet back on without us asking them too! Great price and very nice people to work with. Very much appreciated and will go with them again when we need to. Highly recommend.

We've had excellent service and great workmanship from Clark Plumbing. Every call was either answered or promptly returned. They worked with our schedule and kept us informed of their schedule. They have installed a water heater, a kitchen sink with faucet, and various emergency repairs. We wouldn't dream of working with anyone else. Once we've found this quality of service, we stick with it. Clark's Plumbing is the best!

Plumbers are very difficult to find in Tillamook -- too few I guess. Most don't answer their phone or return calls. The exception is Clark Plumbing. They have been extremely responsive when I needed help, always courteous and the work was first class and reasonably priced. Very conscientious and they stand by their work. I recommend them highly. A real asset in this community.

Rusty and his apprentice, were very professional when they came into our home. We had wanted an icemaker line installed (he installed the ice maker too), fixed a leaky sink (that another plumber installed a couple months prior), installed a new garbage disposal, and a new hot water connection for the kitchen sink! Everything worked perfectly! The price was unbelievable for that amount of work (in my opinion). He said he was busy and I can see why! I am glad I found Clark's plumbing in the ""Tillamook County Shopper""! Plumbers are hard to find around here and really good ones too! I am glad Rusty and Shara (who was quick to reply to my phone call even though she says on the answering machine that it might take her awhile)are here in Tillamook County! Great customer service and fabulous work! Thank you folks!

I recently had my water stop working and called Clark's. I recently lost my husband and was in desperate need of some help. Shara and Clark were so nice and helpful. They helped me right away. I felt like they were an answer to a pray. I highly recommend them. I would leave 10 stars if I could.

They got back to me quickly after I left a voicemail and scheduled me in. The technician that came to change the thermostat on our water heater was a pleasure to have around and very quick. He was here for maybe an hour. Very kind, efficient, and fair priced. Seems like an honest business. Highly recommend.

Did residential interior waterline replacement and addition (including bathroom and laundry room). They were great to work with on scheduling and questions (mostly email in my case), and were always on time. The work was was excellent, and employees were courteous and respectful. They stayed within quote, and billed out appropriately. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience for my project.

Initially we were very happy with Clark's. Two of their employees installed a water heater for us, and took some time to fix a leaky hydrant. When we needed a drain unclogged, Rusty came and snaked it himself. He didn't seem as though he really wanted to be there, but I didn't hold it against him; I can't imagine how difficult his job must be. Most recently, however, a lower drain backed up and flooded the lower level of our house. I called Clark's service number and left a voicemail explaining our problem; we didn't hear back for 24 hours, after which I called Rusty's personal number, which is given on their answering machine. Rusty told me he was ""already at an emergency,"" and that he simply wouldn't be working this weekend. I was ""welcome to call another plumber,"" he said, but he doubted anyone else would do it. Well, Rusty, you were right -- I hope you had a good weekend.

Don't get me wrong, I whole-heartedly believe it is Rusty's prerogative to decide whether or not to take on a job, just as it is mine to choose a plumber who acts like he gives a shot. The message I got from Rusty was that he didn't. For that reason I won't be calling Clark's again, and I don't think you should either.
