Fast, honest and super friendly. I had an emergency here in Fresno and they came all the way from Visalia within an hour and a half. They stopped by Lowe's and picked up the parts I needed and banged out the job, QUICK! I had a leak in the walls that I couldn't find. Clark responded very quickly and found the leak within 30 minutes. Him and his team were very polite and professional. Left a message and Clark called me back within 30 minutes. His quote was fair then he deducted $50 because I am a new customer AND an old customer (senior discount). He and his son, Clark Jr., arrived about an hour later, inspected the whole plumbing system then repaired our kitchen sink clog in a timely manner (without pressuring me to fix a few minor things that we decided could wait). Clark and his son are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I added his number to my phone and will definitely call him for future plumbing service.

We experienced the third or fourth time our downstairs toilet overflowed and we were so frustrated with it all. We had called other plumbers sho said the problem was fixed but a week later we were once again cleaning up poo. Clark came out and discovered a small towel was wedge in the pipe and they were able to get it out. We haven't had any issue since! Great service. Polite and friendly. Highly recommend.
