I had some fairly simple plumbing issues and hoped that someone could come out and help me with them asap. Clark's did not fail! Their plumber (Isaac) was at my home within 2 hours, fixed my issues and even went above and beyond explaining some of the issues with my plumbing. I appreciated the kindness and professionalism that was displayed throughout his visit with me. I recommended them to my neighbor and sure enough, next day he was out helping them with their issue. I can't say enough good things about the service we received from Clark's!

My landlord insists on using this business and they have wasted so much time and money just for simple issues that they make worse. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is astounding, especially as a small local business.
Every time, there's an issue with them sending someone on time, hours late, not announcing when they come in, leaving a mess and leaving all the doors and gates open on top of not even saying they're all done. When there IS any interaction, Todd specifically, is extremely rude and disrespectful. I had my dog inside with the basement and back doors open to where I needed the work done and he tried to barge inside my kitchen without giving me the opportunity to pull my dog back and put him in a bedroom.

Having spicket and leak issues with flooding and standing water in the basement, along with pressure issues that kept blowing out my hoses, we simply requested to double check the lines previously worked on and testing the water pressure to eliminate future damage to the property and appliances. He was extremely short and kept saying there was no issue. He kept trying to hook my hose up to the spicket with the pressure issues after we requested he not do that unless he's going to replace the hose after the water pressure damages my last good hose. He finally tested the pressure and it was 130! He was supposed to send another guy back to install a regulator on the line to make it within code, which is 80. The guy was 2 hours late, took an hour and a half to install the regulator, but installed it on the wrong line! Had to call them back out again and finally got it right but left a mess. I do NOT recommend this business if you want a job done right, efficiently, or with any level of decency when it comes to customer service.

My toilet started leaking so I went in search of a plumber. When I called Clark Plumbers I got their answering service and left a message. Within a half hour, I got a call from Isaac. He got my address and was here in 15 minutes. He identified the problem and fixed it promptly. I am very happy with Clark Plumbers and would recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing problem in the Helena MT Area.

This company is absolutely fantastic. Great family-owned business, and each person I've dealt with has been delightful. In a few short months in our new home we've have an unfortunate number of plumbing needs. Clark's has been available each time we've needed them, and so helpful. We've had after hours emergencies, and they've come right out to help us. Their rates are reasonable, even the on-call rates. I highly, highly recommend Clark'!

The owner was an absolute nightmare to talk to! I have never been spoken to so rudely. The man literally yelled at me that he did not have time to help me. If he didn't have time, he needed to instruct his receptionist to not forward any work on. My mother also had a similar experience a number of years ago with him. Please DO NOT give them your business. Dropping a cast iron pan on your foot would be less painful than dealing with this man.

Called Clark's because of positive reviews but I will never recommend them to anyone. Called to try to get someone to our house on short notice since our boiler is having an issue. I completely understand the time of year and how hard it could be to get an appointment same day but the way the call was handled is why I will never attempt to give them my business again. Spoke with a Todd, and was told that ""If my established customers need me I will go to them first and probably wont be able to get to you."" How do we become an established customer if you won't try to work with us? Like I said, time of year and short notice is completely understood, but that is no way to handle a call even if you are slammed. Was told to go to a bigger company because they were too busy to help a new customer. We try to support local but definitely won't be attempting here again.

These guys are the best human beings ever. I texted Clark's about a heating issue before a forecasted -20 degree night, and I looked over maybe 12 minutes later and saw the Clark's truck out front. He explained everything to me enthusiastically and thoroughly, and fixed the problem expertly. After dinner, he called me back just to make sure everything was all toasty and warm in our home, and of course it was. What a rare example the people at Clark's are setting, 5 stars, unbelievable customer service. Thank you!!
