Bottom line I called and made an appointment and despite 3x follow up phone calls they never showed for the appointment or called me, ever. Here is what happened: We came home late in the evening Thursday to a slow leak in our pressure regulator on our main waterline. So at 9:30a the next morning I called to see if Clark's Plumbing could help replace the part. Their receptionist answered quickly and checked to confirm their availability. Told me she had a technician available and they could do an appointment between 10a - noon or 12-4p. I took the 10a-12p. When I asked the price she checked and confirmed they had a $0 dispatch special going on but pricing would be covered by the technician. At 12:15p I called again to verify the appointment and get an update because neither the dispatcher or technician had reached out. This person seemed a little less aware of what was going on but stated that we were on the list and would be contacted. At 3:30p I called again. The phone rang for quite a while and when the person answered they didn't have any of my information to the point they confirmed this was for a plumbing service. Made me think this was just a contract call center that then forwards information to the company. She confirmed they would be in contact. I had to leave for work so I updated the contact number. I checked in with my wife that evening at 5:30 and 9p, not a phone call, text, or email. It's now Saturday and again nothing from Clark's Plumbing. I can't speak to the quality of their work because they never showed up and never contacted me about the appointment. Beyond disappointed.

We had been shopping around for a tankless water heater since we moved in to our new old house. Clark's had the best price and great reviews so we went with them. There were some issues with the water heater not heating up the water for our kitchen sink fast enough and they came back several times until they made it right. That goes a long way in my book. They stand behind their service. So happy we splurged on a tankless now and that we had Clark's expertise to get the job done. They are definitely going to be our plumbers from now on.

I cannot fully express my appreciation of Clarks Plumbing quick and professional responsiveness to the installation of my washer and dryer. All of the local plumbers I called could not send plumber to my house because their staff were going on vacation for July 4th. This was not the case with Clarks. They sent two of the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable plumbers! They fixed the issue with my washer and dryer in no time. I will use this company for all of my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company

I'm very disappointed in the service I received. The first time he came, things went pretty good, but I had to call him back. He said between 8:30-9:00 they would be here. Well, at 10:30 I texted him and he had not written it down, but he did send someone then. The plumbing problem is still the same. He texted and said he would come back, 7 days later I haven't heard from him. Update- It is now December 4 and he has still not even contacted me or returned to correct the problem. I did what I said, I paid him the full amount trusting that he would do what he promised. I mailed the check one morning and it was cashed the next day. He must have thought that I would stop it. I guess he doesn't think that there are honest people out there. I've had another plumber to complete his mess.
