This Plumber excessively over charged us for a simple gas power vent hot water heater installation. $4,400!!! It is our fault for not reading the Yelp reviews, which are very negative, and not getting an upfront quote in writing. Lesson learned for us as we wanted to give the work to a small business company in our own neighborhood and did not think a neighbor would rip us off. We thought we were doing a good thing. Brandon Clark claims he uses a Plumbing software program on his cell phone. Obviously, he uses it without any common sense or judgement whatsoever. He is not flexible with the software output at all. He claims that the bigger companies like Boulden Brothers and Horizon would charge twice as much as him. Therefore, we went and got quotes from both of them after the fact. The cost was much lower around $3000 as opposed to his $4400 charge. See below details for the actual numbers. We feel he overcharged us by at least $1500. It took us a month to get an invoice out of him only because we went to the company address listed to speak in person to which he was very defensive and angry. Bottom line is do not use this one man company. Im sure Brandon will respond with some cockeyed rationale including ""You were never my customer"" as he has in the past. Go to the Better Business Bureau website. He has an F rating. No surprise. The Attorney General's office is aware of him and has reached out to him. He knows how the system works and isn't afraid of either one of those organizations impacting him. He is banking on suckers like us not doing our due diligence. I doubt many of his positive reviews are legitimate. Trust me. DONT USE CLARKS PLUMBING!!! Too risky.

Detailed Costs:
The invoiced price for the Hot Water Heater and Thermal Expansion Tank totaled $3293.92 (tank - $375; heater - $2918.92). Using the model numbers at Home Depot, where the items were purchased, the total is
$1318.88 (heater - $1289; tank - $29.88). I recognize there may be a few small minor pieces (e.g., tees) counted as part of these numbers, but this doesn't account for the $1975.04 difference. So, we added the three hours labor as part of the entire job including the run to Home Depot. He charged us one hour of OT at $189.61 on the invoice. Assuming the same hourly rate for the non-OT work, the remaining three hours would be $568.83. Therefore, $1975.04 - $563.83 leaves a discrepancy of $1406.21. Also a $400 charge for a black pipe on the invoice which seems awfully high.

completely horrible! after $3000 and 4 visits later, still having issues with my plumbing! he left here to ""buy a part"" and never returned!! after many calls and texts now isn't even responding!! absolutely disgusted

This guy is a fraud and charged me almost $3,000 for work he didn't do.
The work was plumbing under a mobilehome and I wasn't able to verify that what I paid for was completed. So when the pipes burst in September I contacted another plumber who verified that all of the plumbing needed to be done since the existing pipes were no longer used. The $3,000 I paid to Brandon was a waste. To make a long story short this guy was nothing but a problem. I threatened to contact my credit card company and file a complaint to get my money back and he told me if I did that he'd rip out the plumbing underneath the trailer. Rather than deal with that or him I didn't file a complaint.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! Brandon Clark and girlfriend/receptionist Noriene L are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. After hearing from another unavailable plumber in my area that he heard bad reviews from Brandon Clark, I still gave him a chance because he was able to come out that night for emergency services last month. Before work started Brandon and I discussed that he would contact my home warranty company so that I would be reimbursed for his $3,500 payment. The next day I couldn't get either of them on the phone and I called every day for a week and calls made a month later were also unreturned. Noriene L would only text back. Also I didn't get an invoice until four days later after multiple requests. Even then I received 3 different invoices with the most recent sent last week with a balance due. (Brandon was paid at 4am the day the work was done) he had to drill into my half bathroom floor to replace a pipe under the toilet. Turns out he left the flange 1 1/2in high and also left broken up concrete behind my boiler in the basement! He also never patched the hole in the concrete wall in my basement as discussed. I had to hire another plumber to come out to fix the work that Brandon did because my contractor was unable to begin working on repairing my home from my toilet flooding until the issue was fixed. This second plumber also told me that I was way over charged for the labor provided from Brandon. Once I took action against Brandon he then began to call me repeatedly leaving threatening voicemails and text messages, one mentioning he would come to my home if I didn't answer. Truly dissatisfied.

I strongly encourage you to not use Clark's Plumbing LLC, He is a Scam Artist to a T! Started off as my best friend, told me stories, all in an attempt to win my trust. Left multiple times to ""get supplies."" Told me the same story that is noted here from over a year ago about his work truck having a blown engine. Tried to win me again with waxing my floor after he fixed the leak with $20 in parts. What I'm left with....4 holes in my walls in all 3 floors and him not answering my call to request follow-up. Funny though, he answered when my wife called from a number he didn't know. Still waiting for his call back, because I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I am sure Brandon will get on here and reply telling me I am in the wrong. Guess what pal...YOU ARE A SCAM ARTIST. You charged me over $1800 for repairs that now leaves me the inability to repair the drywall. You bragged about how you didn't damage the wall in living room, when guess what...you did! I can't believe I trusted you! In the end Brandon you win and I lose. I am not sure how you sleep at night knowing that you take advantage of people. You aren't even a licensed plumber! You are a SCAM ARTIST! It doesn't matter how you reply or what you say it won't change a thing, Offer me a refund as opposed to being rude and I'll remove this post! Don't use this non-certified SCAM ARTIST!

Our shower started to leak at the handle, I thought it was the cartridge. I replaced it but it did not fix the problem. I called Clark plumbing on a Saturday night , Brandon offered to come out that night. I told hI'm he could come on Sunday. Brandon showed up when he said, diagnosed the problem and made the repair in a short period of time. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend him for all of your plumbing needs. Prices are very reasonable . And most importantly he is dog friendly. Brandon was ok with my dog trying to assist him with repair.

Brandon was so helpful. He was the only plumber to answer the phone on a Saturday night when our water heater stopped working despite several local plumbers advertising 24/7 response. After a few questions he diagnosed it said he would be right over after getting parts. He came and got us back to hot water really quick. He was honest and did warn us that a new one would be needed soon. We were very pleased and will use his services again.
