They do the yearly maintenance on our air conditioning unit every year to keep it in good working order. They don't charge a small fortune for it either. We always request for them to do the work. Better to keep it well maintained than to have to replace it because we didn't.

We got four estimates for heating and air systems. Clarke & Rush was the best quote. Tony was professional when he met with us to do our estimate. Tony and his crew did the install. They did a really good job and we are happy with it. We highly recommend Clark & Rush for your next heating and air installation.

Long story short I purchased two windows from Clark and Rush back, February 5, 2018. Clark and Rush came back out for some corrections to their work: they cut the trim short but they installed it anyway. The seal on one of the windows was allowing moisture in and they replaced the window. I was told by the Clark and Rush Sales manager that I would have the best looking windows in the neighborhood. They look good but both windows are not the quality windows stated in the Clark and Rush brochure.
I complained several times about the level of noise that can be heard inside as well as the heat that I'm losing. Also the windows whistle when we have heavy wind.
The manufacture came out and made some adjustments and informed me that I need to contact the installer. He stated that Clark and Rush should have had the 3 piece picture window put together by the manufacture. That they did not put the window together the correct way.
I contacted Clark and Rush and they informed me that the windows were put in correctly
Update:
Pat with Clark and Rush called me back he stated that I have gone through a lot with these windows even contacting the State Contractors License Board. The CSLB was not able to take the windows apart so their services did not resolve my issues. Pat ask how do I know that air is coming through the windows. He stated that it's hard for air to come through. He wanted to know how many miles per hour the wind has to blow for the windows to whistle in air. Pat suggested that what if they reimbursed me for the windows ""give you your money back, you would like that won't you"" and you take down your review and be quit about it. I ask Pat to send me a proposal. I have not heard back from Clark and Rush on the proposal or reimbursement.
UPDATE: Pat with Clark and Rush called me today 5/16/2023 stating that his Controller has been out of the office and he is the one that makes the decisions, this is why I have not heard back from him on the proposal.
The Proposal is that 1st I remove all my reviews and hold him harmless for the job and be quit about it. They will then refund me. If they do not refund me I can repost my reviews. If I do not remove the reviews he stated that when the other contractor removes the windows, that I can sit the windows aside and Clark and Rush will pick them up.
UPDATE: I received the proposal 5/27/2023 II have decided that my reviews are more important to the consumer's then me receiving hush money. Since Clark and Rush did not want to work with me to determine the cause of the issues that I am having with the windows. I will video the contractor removing the trim... to determine the cause and update my post.

In order to determine the cause of my concerns the window Trim will need to be removed . and the three piece picture window would need to be sealed The CSLB was not able to remove modify the windows only look and messure.

I've been with Clarke and Rush now for about 1 month. They were recommended to me by someone I work with who had great service from them. Our A/C unit had a leak, and they diagnosed and squeeze me in during this heat wave so we could have A/C again! Their communication was very good. Ryan, Alfredo, Clement, and Luke did the repair. Julie gets a shout out for bearing with my phone calls and coordinating the appointment!

Last month when the temperature was triple digits my AC unit started making a loud humming sound.
Being that the AC unit is serviced yearly by Clark & Rush we figure let's schedule a technician to look a the issue.
The service fee was $99, when technician arrived I explained the issue and the technicians said I'll give you the diagnosis.
About 30 minutes or so the technician was done and said everything was fine from what I can see the unit is fine.
A few days ago same issue, I called lthem back and they said it'll be another $99 service fee because it's be over 30 days.
Now this is the same company that installed this unit several years ago and this is how they service their existing customers by charging a yearly maintenance service fee, and diagnostic fee over and over again for the same issue .

This is a great company to work with. Luke's team came out to check on something for me that I was concerned about the day after I contacted them. Turns out it wasn't a problem but they were very pleasant and put my mind at ease.

We are very happy with our new unit and it was the best price out of four bids I received and their service is wonderful!

As always great service. They even got us in two days earlier than our appointment! We bought our A/C unit from them and had no issue with a warranty repair! The repair was even done in about 15 minutes and the cost was fair!

OMG, we can't recommend Clark Rush enough! We've been doing business with them 40 or so years and they never disappoint. We've used them throughout 2 different homes (installation & repairs), but in this review I will stick to today's experience.

Last night our air conditioning decided to malfunction :( Of course during triple digits, 3 days before a house party. I called Clark Rush around 10am Friday morning, never expecting to get an appointment before the party, but regardless system would need to be fixed at some point.

Christina got us a service appointment for 2pm, and we had cold air a-blowin' by 3:30!!! She was so friendly & patient as I was having a slight meltdown wondering how we could pull off a party in 107 degree heat.

The technician, Ray, was amazing. He diagnosed the problem, keeping us appraised of his progress at every step. He was really knowledgeable & explained things in an understandable manner. If it wouldn't have been inappropriate I would have hugged him when I felt that first breeze;)

They have fair pricing, and do a terrific job from first contact to final goodbye. Try'em, you'll like'em:)

Today 3 of your employees, Michael, Tobiah and Ryan arrived on time to put in a new AC/furnace. They were friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything before they started. They worked very hard all day and did a fantastic job. Two of your other employees, Stan and Brandon were in the garage installing a new electric water heater. They too were very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. I asked if I could cell phone video their explanations and they said of course! Then both Michael and Stan explained everything about the new equipment. Michael also explained the maintenance and the manuals. I would highly recommend this company and most especially the 5 men I mentioned above!! 5 stars all around!!! Thank you Clark & Rush!!

Wow I'm so grateful for Clarke & Rush. Our HVAC stopped working and they came out Monday finished the job today. They put a whole new unit new duct. The crew that came out were awesome, very hard working. Sergi, his crew Roger and George did an amazing job. They were very kind, neat with their work. All around great. I also meet Mark, in sales, he was great as well. I would definetly recommend them, I would ask for that crew to do my HVAC. I highly recommend this company. Anita Singh
