I do not know how affordable he is. For 3 hours of work he charged us 725$ (including 100 $ materials). The job was to cut a small piece of sheetrock and move existing washer hook up to a flush mount box and replace the sheetrock to cover the hole.
When he announced how much we own him I and my husband were in shock.... Because of his pricing you want to look to another plumber, know that we are.

Matt Clark and his company replaced our water heater last year and he and his team were GREAT! Matt is extremely professional, affordable and reliable! Which is a lot more then I can say for the other plumbers we have worked with before that.

Matt showed up on time and charged us the price that he quoted. After he got the job started he had one of his employees finish the work then he came back and checked the work out to make sure it was done right. I got the chance to talk to his employee for a bit while Matt was out and he said that he really liked working for Matt because Matt insists on quality work being done and to code. He said that Matt always checks his work thoroughly and if it's not correct Matt will have him undo it, then will show him how to redo it the right way. He really liked this because he felt like Matt sharpened him and his knowledge/skills as a plumber.

After we worked with Matt I told my husband that we have found our plumber. We will be calling Matt whenever we need plumbing done. He is honest and does quality work. What more do you want from someone working on your home!

He was professional and courteous, showed up on time, did the job in the time promised and worked around our hectic family schedule to minimize interruption.

He replaced our old water heater with a new tankless (which we love!) and ripped out all our old galvanized pipes and replaced with the newer plastic PEX throughout the house.

Matt has since become our go-to plumber for all our plumbing needs.
