I had a wonderful experience with Chris Clark and crew. I was required by my insurance company to ""box the eaves"" on my cabin (wildfire mitigation issues); failure to do so would result in losing my insurance. Time was of the essence and Chris rose to the occasion. He was pleasant, accommodating and professional. He was careful to ensure that the job met the insurance company's requirements, even speaking with the agent for clarification. The job was beautifully executed. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to others.

Chris and his team are fantastic. I purchased an older home in need of many upgrades without the budget to do a full remodel. From creating safer entry stairs, to updating my kitchen, to even repairing moisture damage and adding insulation Chris and his team does it all! Chris always listens to my wishes, honors my budget, while being realistic about the cost of time and materials. He is an excellent communicator. 10/10 recommend and would consider him for any job big or small. He will not impose his design opinions on you, he wants to make YOUR vision come to life. If you can dream it/design it, he will make it happen. One tip: order your materials ahead of time to reduce delays. Best to have all materials ""on site"" before the team begins.

Clark Innovative just completed a full bath remodel for us. Pros: We are happy with the work: precise, sound, & demonstrated some design knowledge. We selected all materials and oversaw the layout, with some input from Chris. He was flexible with this and made suggestions when appropriate. His bid was very competitive. Cons: We ended up texting Chris more than expected in order to find out when they would arrive on a daily basis (typically mid to late morning), and what days they were going to work. We felt that could've been better communicated by him. There were also a few items we decided to add to the bathroom, and although we expected the add-on prices, the potential amounts were not explained to us. So we ended up with some 'sticker shock'. We also, unfortunately, had to filter through some defensiveness on the contractor's part, which occurred when we questioned scheduling, costs, or why things ended up a certain way.

I was 100% happy with the work done by Chris Clark and his team. I requested to have shelves put up in four of the rooms of my home. Chris was immediately responsive. He offered several options and was very clear about the pros and cons of each. He gave me a very fair estimate. He completed the work incredibly quickly and it was 100% perfect. The workmen were respectful and left no mess behind. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship and my home is significantly improved. Chris was courteous, communicative, responsive, and reliable the whole way through. I recommend him without any reservation. You will be very happy you chose him.

Chris did an amazing job leveling the kitchen floor and installing vinyl, waterproof tiles from the front door entryway through the kitchen. We worked together to design several new features including the large butcher block counter, the oven cabinet, two pull-out pantries and installing soft closing hardware on drawers and doors. His installation was top notch and his crew efficient.The job took longer because I had these design features in mind, and the result is worth the wait time. My pictures don't do justice to the quality and excellence of the workmanship.

Great work! Chris was very communicative and kept us informed every step of the way. We had our front windows redone and some siding / beams replaced due to dry rot. Very fair pricing and about 30% less expensive than some of the other quotes we got. One window did develop a crack. I told Chris and he replaced it without any hassle. Thanks for your hard work!
