Horrible! Don't do it!! Mom, Pop and daughter.
Rude, unprofessional and unorganized. I had to use them due to an insurance claim....never, ever again.
Even though previous reviews are old, believe me nothing has changed.

total incompetence. was contracted by my warranty company and told me to have the electrical wiring put in before they installed the water heater, so I did but they had no clue how to wire it after they put it in. each side had a black and red wire and the incoming also had a white wire and they attached the white wire to one of the others! They also didn't remove the old water heater and was extremely rude when I called and texted them after I got home and found out I had no hot water. despite the fact the water heater wasn't even working when they left, they told my wife she would have hot water in about an hour.

With heavy heart I am writing this. I usually post only great things. Mostly on Google and TripAdvisor... I usually go for ""if you have nothing good to say, say nothing"".
I don't know how this is possible....
We didn't have a choice but to use this company, as was referred to us by the home warranty plan we currently have. They were out a few times and we requested NOT to deal with them again, but here we were.
The problem was simple. The faucet from the tub was leaking. So, some cartridges needed to be changed. The conclusions after the 2 hours visit and a lot of banging around were:
1. They were talking bad about me while trying to find a solution
2. They refused the $100 deductible acknowledging they did nothing and wanting to contact the home warranty to learn how to proceed, because their diagnostic was
3. To cut a hole in the wall, take out some tile, cut the pipes from the back, because
4. The whole valve is beyond repair and stuck, so it needs to be replaced, but
5. A report needs to be sent to the company to see what will they cover.
My personal take was :
1. I overheard lots of gossip related to our household situation, possible income etc.
2. I was faced with a broken handle
3. A piece of the entire faucet was bended
4. Worried about the proportions of the next
possible project
5. Identified I was very upset
But I found a different plumber for a second opinion while waiting for the report of home warranty insurance (which is another scam!)
The guy comes out and fixed the entire thing in 20 min! He did mention the valve was bended - too much banging from these guys.
Anyway, we get a letter to pay the $100 owed for services rendered. Left at least 6 voicemails with explanations of entire situation. No call back. We get a second letter, written in a horrible handwriting stating they decided to put a lein on our house. I tried to call again and got voicemail. This time, Sherri/Sheryl or some similar name reached out and she never took a break of rambling, never let me finish a sentence. Shut the phone several times and called back, trying a dialogue. The women should not be allowed to interract with humans or any living being actually. Not only she did everything to aggravate the situation, she is incapable of listening, taking a break of talking or denigrate. This ""office manager"" is even worse than the people that came out and I didn't think this is possible.
Here we are, we had to pay them $100 for aggravating the situation and not to screw our credit history, and we paid another plumber to fix the initial issue and what these clowns damaged.
This is the worst I experienced yet. Stay away. Be careful what you sign, ask for everything in writing. Horrible service, horrible people. Make yourself a favor and do not consider this company even if is the last resort! Watch youtube videos

If I could give this less then one star I would...This is by far the worst Buisness that I have ever dealt with. They never showed up on the agreed apon times, and some times it was not at all. I have three kids and we were without water for 4 days because of a simple fix that they didn't fix right in the first place. We had a leak in our main floor bathroom in the ceiling. They came in and ""fixed"" that leak (but water kept leaking) so they insisted that the water was coming from upstairs. They then proceeded to make 4 holes all over our upstairs rooms over the course of 3 days not doing anything about the pipes and holes they made other then looking at them saying that they had no clue where it was coming from. So after the third day we decided to turn on the water and investigate ourselves to try to find it (because they were going to make more holes in our house the next day looking for a leak). We found it to be shooting out of right where it was in the first place where they ""fixed it"". So when they showed up the next day (2 hours late) they came in and we informed them where we found the water shooting out and asked them to fix it there first before making anymore holes. They then proceeded to talk shit while in the bathroom saying things like: ""we already fixed that"" and ""well THEY know what they r talking about"" ""it's not like WE are the professionals"" "" we will just re-fix this and move the fuck on""; very very unprofessional...then when they finally RE-FIXED that part *surprise* it was fixed! Then they darted out of the house telling us it was fixed and sped off. I would NEVER recommend these people unless you want to not have your problem fixed and hours of time and money wasted.

Clarence Porter, LLC was also sent out to my home through a home warranty company. They came out 2 more times as the toilet bowl kept becoming loose. When it became loose again it was supposed to be under warranty. They were rude to me and my 80 year old dad who was visiting. They were talking rudely in the bathroom about me and said I must have messed with it. I am disabled and can barely walk. My husband is in a nursing center. I am sure it was not my 9 and 10 yr old daughters that ""messed"" with it. I asked them to finish and leave because of their rudeness. They called the warranty company and said I kicked them out and they were leaving and they did. They had pulled the toilet out and put it on my daughter's special towel and left. So they left a disabled person and 2 young children 9 and 10 with no toilet. It was 2 days for another appointment. We spent one night at a hotel (oh well, we enjoyed it) and one night with family until we could get our toilet up and running. It was worth the wait to get it done correctly.

I got Clarence Porter's name from my home warranty company. He came to fix my bathtub diverter. It's a super easy fix. Now a year later I find out he didn't fix it correctly and it has been LEAKING. The room next to the bathroom has mold along the baseboard. I didn't notice it before because there was a bookcase on that wall.
So I called them to ask what could be done. The receptionist told asked if I had another claim with the insurance company and after I said I did she said they could come back out. (Of course I would have to pay them the $100 for the claim.) I told her I did not want them to come back because they obviously didn't do the work correctly the first time. I wanted to know if they guaranteed their work. She said they ""only have to guarantee the work for 6 months because that is all the warranty company requires."" I told her it was very obvious that this had been leaking for quite awhile and only did it when someone showered in that bathroom.
She said that was too bad and that there was nothing they would do. Then she said ""hope you have a good day, good bye.""
Then 5 minutes later she calls me back and tells me that had I not been so rude to her they would have come out for free. And then hung up on me.
