When I bought my house a year ago, I looked through dozens of reviews of electricians, plumbers, roofers, and more. Clar Plumbing had the best reviews of anyone to the point that it was like he had a fan base. His reviews were so good, I was almost positive it was too good to be true. Fast forward a year later now that I know whoever worked on my house before was not a plumber, and anything that could go wrong, did. Brian Clar has done it all: rodded the sewer, fixed drippy faucets and leaking water lines, repaired burst pipes, installed a water heater and sump pumps. Almost everything in my house has failed except for the things Brian Clar has installed. Most importantly, Brian Clar has answered all of my plumbing questions in a way that I could understand and will always tell you if something doesn't need to be done. The reviews are right: Brian Clar is knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced, responsive, especially in emergencies, and the best part is he never leaves a mess. If you need anything plumbing related, don't look any further!

I got the referral from a Facebook group. I had a simple job that I could have done myself. A clogged sink and toilet that runs. It took him 20 minutes. He charged $160 in labor and $65 for a part. He was not very forthcoming about what part I was buying or what he did. It was ""O.K. $225"". Never again.

Brian came out in the evening in an emergency situation. He was highly responsive, worked fast and charged a reasonable rate. He was the only plumber who would come out ASAP. I asked around on Facebook for plumber recommendations and his name came up over and over again. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Called Brian and he was here the next day to replace our ejector pump. He gave us an option to repair or replace the existing unit, quoted us a very reasonable price, and sealed everything up with no mess. Please DO NOT call ABC plumbing or any of those bigger name companies (unless you enjoy taking out a 2nd mortgage to pay for your repairs). Brian's your guy, an honest plumber for a change!

I used Brian today after he was recommended on 'Nextdoor.com'. He was great. He came within hours after I called, Very friendly, fair price, and even called when he would be a little later than he first said. I only needed a sink rodded out this time, but I would definitely call him again for any plumbing problems.

Brian is responsive and is the most efficient plumber we've every used. He is on time and doesn't waste time. He goes right to the job at hand, handles whatever it is, really well and gets it done. He is also a genuinely nice person. I would highly recommend him and his work.

Brian came out on short notice to repair a clogged drain in a bathroom basin and fixed a homeowner repair on a slow filling toilet. The repairs were made quickly and the service charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend Clar Plumbing and will use him in the future.

Brian is a great plumber. He has installed a sump pump, faucets, etc for us. He always cleans up when the work is completed. But, the best thing about Brian is that he always answers his phone immediately!
