Steve set up our new Buderus boiler wrong. We had another contractor come in & tell us that the settings were dangerous & could have caused an explosion.

He did not respond to numerous phone calls.

Steve replaced our boiler 5 years ago...part of the contract was that he was to remove old boiler from basement. He did not...I just finally found a contractor to remove it for $500!

The only reason he gets one star is that I don't have the option of zero.

I was charged 400 an hour for three hours of work...dishwasher install ..already was preexisting dishwasher there, new faucet to kitchen sink, and gas stove swap out( kit was included with stove) . Since my home has surveillance cameras inside and out the work was captured on video. All the trash was left thrown outside in my backyard and he used a piece of Styrofoam to fill a huge gap in between dishwasher and counter. Shocked by the bill and needing the ""custom"" job fixed and all the trash removed my fears were quickly confirmed by two other well known highly rated plumbers that I had been taken for a ride. To give Steve the benefit of the doubt I reached out to him about whether there was a mistake in my bill. He quickly became defensive and told me he had given me huge discounts lol. I guess there is a reason he has been in business 18 years and has so few reviews. Do your homework before using this company. I have many pictures and videos of my 400 an hour "" custom"" job.

Ok so here's my story. Yesterday late afternoon my hot water heater broke, leaked ALL over the basement, so naturally I panicked and started calling around to find someone to fix it. All the big companies were booking way out and charging $100 just to give me an estimate on the already broken water heater. So I went to Facebook and asked for help. Got lots of suggestions and made some calls. Steve Clancy called me first thing in the morning, and made himself immediately available, said he could understand that we would need it fixed right away! So guess what? He replaced my water heater today! Great guy, professional, really knows his stuff and doesn't rip you off like the big companies with their fancy commercials. Definitely glad that I didn't finance some big wig executives' trip to Greece next summer. Paid fair price for awesome service, super fast response time. Problem solved! Look no further - call Steve Clancy like I did if you need a plumber. You won't be sorry.
