Overall great first experience! Carolyn set up the appointment and was knowledgeable about the likely problem based on my description. She offered me an appointment within the hour which was extremely convenient with my busy schedule. Marshall arrived on time, was very friendly, explained things clearly, and was efficient. He is a master of plumbing with a kind personality, who has known Houdini-like genius since childhood. No wonder they call him MacGyver! We called this plumber for the first time, based on Yelp ratings, to fix a shower valve. Those ratings are well justified. First, it was a delight to speak to Carolyn who set up the appointment. She is easy to talk to, smart, knowledgeable and helpful. We got a very prompt appointment even though this was not an emergency.

Marshall showed up on time and found the difficult to locate condo without trouble. He knew exactly how to repair the problem and did it within the $75 minimum. Not only that, but he didn't charge us for the part because it was under a very long manufacturer warranty we didn't even know about. He was friendly, efficient, cleaned everything up and was fun to talk to.

I heartily recommend this plumber. Outstanding! I used to think of a plumber visit with about the same anticipation as a dentist appointment. No more.

Marshal is a very friendly man. I called at 1130 and he was there at 12 He took the time between calls to come by my house and spent an hour and a half or so fixing my toilet. He did a great job, diagnosed an odd problem and was on his way. Very reasonable cost! only 84 dollars! Will definitely use again
