I finally found a plumbing firm that I can actually trust! Our water heater began gushing water and the water line that feeds our refrigerator popped off flooding our kitchen with water. After shutting off the water, I looked online and noticed that Clair Arnoldson Plumbing was highly rated. Clair personally responded to my call and came over right after completing a job in progress. He found our water pressure to be very high and replaced both the water heater expansion tank and the home water pressure regulator after determining both had failed. He subsequently replaced our water heater with the exact model I wanted. He answered all my questions in advance, performed an absolutely outstanding job, and our bill was not inflated with questionable expenses.

Honest plumbing! Kelly was professional on the phone and Troy the plummer knew his stuff, was fast and detailed and explained what and why he was doing. He didnt try to sell me services or products i didnt need. Will definitely use again!

Arnoldson plumbing has been first class every time I've needed them. I have an older home, so we've had several plumbing issues over the years. Each time Troy has arrived on time, and the cost has always been much lower than any other bid. We also added an apartment in the basement and he took care of all the plumbing for that as well. We were introduced to Clair Arnoldson Plumbing during a plumbing emergency and they were AWESOME. Since then, they have helped us install new tub, faucet and shower, replaced leaking pipes and replaced old, galvanized sewer line. They are fast, on-time and they have extremely reasonable pricing. What a terrific experience with Clair Arnoldson Plumbing!!!

To start with the office manager Kelli couldn't have been more helpful . I am a out of town owner with rental properties in the Salt lake area. I received and emergency call from a tenant with water leaking from the ceiling, an on referral from a local business owner i called Arnoldson plumbing. Kelli calmed me down, and juggled her schedule to accommodate my needs. What can i say, Troy arrived quickly, and called me to go over the scope of work, and pricing. Then took care of my leaking pipe without any problems. The tenant reported to me that Troy was very professional, and cleaned up the work site like he wasn't even there.
These guys rock!!! Also, the pricing is way better than the large rooter companies.
