I highly recommend Nathan Robinson and Clackamas Plumbing and Drain. I called him to fix a burst water line in our master bedroom bathroom during our recent 15 degree weather episode a few weeks ago. He gave me his hourly billing rate which was reasonable and fixed charge for travel in advance. He arrived on time and found the leak and proposed a way to bypass the leak with new tubing without having to cut holes into the wall to repair the leak.

The final charge was well within my expectations for his time and the materials he used for the repair. He even reviewed his invoice from George Moreland Plumbing with me to show me he did not markup any of the parts cost.

Great guy! Easy to work with. I will have him back!

Huge shoutout to Nathan who treated me with respect , professionalism and kindness when I called in regarding a clog and leak under my kitchen sink. I had fixed the clog but took out one too many pieces and Nathan took time on his lunch hour to walk me through putting it back together. His level of customer service was outstanding and I've added him to my vendor list for future plumbing issues. Nathan, you made this mommas day, thank you!!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS PLUMBER. He just walked out on me sending my project months down the line, threatening our livelihood. He would not start the job because it was too difficult for him, saying ""find another plumber, I don't have time to think about this"". I gave him two opportunities to go into the crawl space to see what he was dealing with, but he refused, complained it was too far. Forced me to cut a 4x4 hole in the floor in the middle of the building so he wouldn't have to crawl so far. There were plans on site, depicting the wall that made things too difficult for him. I feel terrible for the apprentice that was with him, what a horrible example. Had a bad feeling about him from the start, but he gave me the cheapest price. Lesson learned.

I would highly recommend Clackamas Plumbing, prompt, courteous and came under budget. They installed two faucets, drains and addressed a shower valve issue. Great communication. Definitely 5 stars!

Our toilets were leaking and we wanted to upgrade to something more energy efficient. Clackamas was quick to respond, fairly priced and did a great job! They installed both toilets, took the old toilets and the cardboard the toilets came in. I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber.

Just recently used this company two days ago for my rental property located with in their area. I did not know exactly what was wrong at my property but these two gentlemen came out and actually did a FaceTime call with me to show me exactly what was wrong at my rental property. Their response time was amazing the phone was answered within a couple of rings and their response time to get to the property it was less than 4hrs.

Before I have used other companies for different rental properties that I own and have never been treated the way I have been treated with these two gentlemen their service was outstanding and I would highly recommend them for this area amazing work and a very reasonable price thank you very much again for your honesty.

While I have employed numerous plumbers and other trade business' over the years, I must say that Nathan's service and pleasant demeanor was clearly better than anything I had ever experienced and here's why.
I had purchased a kitchen sink from Costco that I was sure was going to fit. When Nathan come over and measured the sink and counter, the counter was at least and inch to short. What was going to be a drop in and hookup is now a cutout of tile and three quarter inch thick plywood. Nathan calmly went about his business undeterred and produced a beautiful product even though the the budgeted time went considerably over, due to my error.

When I called, they were completely upfront and transparent about costs. No bs.

But even more important... They actually tried to help me fix the problem by myself over the phone. Who does that these days? They do! I'm so impressed. They told me which tool to use and what to look for and what to try.

Although I was unable to fix the problem myself, the fact that they took the time to try to help me tells you a lot about the company.
