Mario O.After a botched gas dryer install job by Big Box store installers led to a gas leak and my family evacuating the house where we waited outside at 5 in the morning for the gas utility, these guys saved me. I gave them a call and within the hour they had sent somebody over to properly install the dryer, make sure there were no leaks, and finished the job in 40 minutes. The plumber explained to me where the other installers had made mistakes, told me how he was going to fix it, and fixed it! Will definitely give them a call again!
Dorothy M.2/12/22. There was a water main break in our neighborhood. When the water was turned back on, the pressure was so high it blew out kitchen sink valves. We called this business on the weekend. Advised that it would be $180 to show up. When the young man arrived at house, we asked it that included any labor. He stated that he did not know and would check with dispatch. He then left without a word. Dispatch was rude. They left us with a significant leak that could have damaged out home. Do not bother with this business. Pipeworks is our new go to.
