CKC was assigned to me through my home warranty company. I had a great experience and found them to be nothing like the reviews below. They were professional, polite, and on time. They were also obviously very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain to me potential solutions for our leaking shower. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

They are the contractor for our American Home Shield Warranty. Called 3 times during business hours, no answer. Texted, no response. Used website contact feature, nothing. And all this during hot water tank emergency. And don't even get me started on how terrible American Home Shield is with customer service...

I needed a plumber to come out and redo some piping in my kitchen (appliance related). Their response was quick, which was really appreciated! Craig and Brandon came out and were not only very polite, but also very knowledgeable. They did the job effectively and thoroughly, and managed to not wake my napping toddler (bonus!). I had a great experience with them and look forward to using them again for our future plumbing needs!

My water heater stop working on March 27 call American home shield they send this company over and pay $125 services fee that we're here less than 10 minutes and said it was a blown switch on my panel two hours after they left the water heater stop working I call the plumbing company never heard back from them call American home shield finally heard from them and they came on Friday by this time is two days with out hot water this time they said the thermostat was bad and we needed a new water heater and an expansion tank and told us it would be an additional $500 for the expansion tank $270 for the tank and $230 for installation. The expansion tank in homedepot was less than $40 when I said I did not want the tank they told American home shield that they would not come back unless I had the expansion tank this company is a joke we spend $625 for something I was supposed to be cover by American home shield. Going back abc forth with American home shield and this company we were with out hot water for a week if I could give negative stars I would. This posting is late cause was posted to another site in error.

This is the worst company EVER. They came to my home 3 times to fix my hot water heater and never completed the repair! I was told they were going to get parts and return. I called this company repeatedly and texted with no response! Very unprofessional and unethical business. Do not call them for service. We went weeks without hot water thanks to CKC Plumbing! You should be ashamed of yourself. I even told them I have 4 young children and still no response. I advise to steer clear of CKC plumbing!

These guys didn't even make it out to my home. I contacted my home warrant service for repair to my disposal. They assigned CKC. CKC texted me stating they will be out May 15th. Cool!!!

Well on May 14th at 5:47 AM I received a text from an alternate CKC # stating they will be out that morning (May 14th!) between 10-2.

At 7:30 , same morning I receive ANOTHER text stating that because I didn't confirm the text from 5:47 AM they aren't coming out at all. I called them immediately to see what the issue was and no one picked up because they were ""outside of business hours"" ....

How and why were they texting me 2 hours earlier !!!!????

Joke of a company ... my assumption is that they do 2 jobs a week for beer money and to pay off traffic tickets

Seriously the most ethical, informative, and professional contractor that I've ever had in my home. To be completely honest, I was dreading them showing up... The reviews I found online kinda' scared me, so I fully expected to hear a bunch of nonsense, and up-charging type behavior. I was literally thinking about how I would put him in his place when/if he tried to take advantage of me, lol..

So... Craig shows up, shakes my hand with a warm introduction, and says, ""let me have a look at the problem."" I walked him to the leaking toilet (a valve behind), explained my experience, and within about 10 seconds -- he diagnosed the problem. And not only did he diagnose the problem, he explained to me -- IN DETAIL -- how to fix the problem if it happened again... The advice didn't stop there... He gave me (per my request) his opinion on toilet brands, valve types, and pretty much anything else related to plumbing/water...

In any case: Something that I thought would run in the hundreds of dollars worth of replacement valves and service fees ended up taking less than five minutes to resolve. We then spent the next 25 minutes going back and forth on multiple remodel type topics surrounding looming projects around the house; my questions -- his answers...

This guy has literally earned my business as THE first person I will call if/when ANYTHING HVAC or plumbing comes up.

Thank you Craig.. It was legitimately a great experience, and well worth my time and expenditure!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY , TIME AND PATIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. WORST COMPANY EVER. I had to work with them because of HSA home warranty. My water heater leaked. It took 3 days for them to respond via a text message that only gave me one time slot that didn't work. Had to reschedule, took another 3 days. Anyways, prices are are really high (ex. to put large thermal expansion tank is $400. Others charge $200). I got approval from warranty to replace the water heater, i get no response from CKC plumbing. It is day 5 now. I have no way to connect and waiting for their mercy. I don't know how they exist as a company. I tried calling, texting, sending mail etc. no response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

I went with CKC as my home insurance "" First American Home Warranty"" dispatched them to my residence due to a leaking water heater.

They were here and I also needed an expansion tank to go with my water heater. They charged me 275.00 for an item that I looked up on the computer ""Eastman Model 60022 Expansion Tank"" for which the going price is 27.95 on ebay a new one. I tried to reason with the technician who was very nice and did a good job of installing the water heater but he could not budge on the pricing of the expansion tank.

They also do not return calls

The BEST ever. We first contacted CKC through our home warranty policy for plumbing problems.
They arrived quickly and on time, and fixed the problem completely.
We've since called them two times for other issues, and once again they arrived quickly and on time.
Today we just had an enclosed shower installed in our master bath, and could not be happier with the job.
The price was much cheaper than any big box store that we wandered thru, and on Craig's recommendation we shopped at a professional bathroom outlet, that had a great selection of upgraded items that are a much better grade of units/fixtures.
The installation was an all day affair, but the whole area was cleaner than before they came.
I will only have them back for any and all problems we may encounter.
They are truly the nicest, most professional service we've ever had.
