I would recommend CK Plumbing to anyone, anytime! They were, professional, quick, very good at giving the options and what it will cost.
I called on a Sunday and left a message concerning a leak in a drain pipe under the house. I was sure that I would get a callback no earlier than Monday. Instead I got a callback within an hour. Tai said that he could come out the next day. He did, found the problem, fixed it, and then discovered another clog in the process while testing. He took care of that and discovered that there was a slightly leaky kitchen faucet. I asked if I could make an appointment to have that installed and instead he said he would install it same day if I had the product. I immediately went to procure it, came back and he did the job. It was all perfect and he gave a guarantee on the piping work as well. In addition, he arranged with a contractor to repair the outside wall that was part of the pipe repair (scheduled for the next day). There isn't a way I could have asked for more. I'm going to call on him for some other new installations I have planned. Just an unbelievably pleasant surprise!

I thought I could unclog our kitchen sink drain using rented snake simply by watching Youtube video. Wrong! I only got the snake stuck in the pipe and an angry wife.

So glad I called Tai. He was very responsive. He managed to pull the stuck snake out of the pipe and then unclogged the drain. Very skilled workmanship.

We discovered a leak under one of our bathroom sinks recently, as well as an issue with the standpipe into which our washer outlet hose dumped its water. We messaged Trieu over Yelp and he was quick to respond. We arranged for him to visit and inspect our issues this morning. He arrived early and, upon listening to our issue and visually inspecting the washer area (in our garage), and the bathroom sink, understood what needed to be done.

For the washer, he explained what the potential issue was, what was missing (the old iron piping was no longer up to spec, and the washer installer did not link the outlet hose to the standpipe correctly. The issue involved a missing P-trap, and the piping should have been routed in between the studs (our garage is not finished). He offered to link it back up to the pre-existing pipe that sat unused between the cold and hot water shutoff valves mounted between the studs.

For the bathroom sink he took a quick look, observed where the drips were coming from, and knew what he had to do.

He arranged to return with tools and parts at a later time in the afternoon, and again showed up promptly and quickly set to work. He cut off the old pipe and arranged the new piping neatly, routing the pipe through one of the studs (after drilling out an appropriately sized piece). Prior to installing the new piping, he brought out a long snaking machine to clean out the vent pipe via the cleanout access hole. After working on it for 20 minutes, he found quite a bit of old fabric that had been lodged deep within the piping!

For the bathroom sink, he noted the parts were rather new (the house had been renovated about 2 years ago, before we had moved in), and so simply tried tightening the shutoff valve nut more. We had tried this but didn't know how much more we could actually tighten it. After his further tightening, no more drips!

He accomplished all this within his time estimate as well, and for a very reasonable cost also.

Tai is awesome. We had a few minor issues with out kitchen sink. He managed to come over quickly and take care of them. He is a problem solver and trying to help without constantly reminding you how bad the situation is or how difficult it is to solve. For my plumbing issues, I won't go anywhere else.

My kitchen sink was clogged and I messed up when I tried to take off the P-trap. Tai and his helper came and I explained the problem to them. He's very quick to understand and treats me with respect. His prices are very reasonable. Because he had the snake out, I also asked him to take a look at my bedroom sink that had a slow drain too. He quickly agreed and helped me fixed that too. Even though things were busy, he didn't forget to smile when explaining things and conversing. Overall a very hard worker and a nice guy. A+.

My first time to review on yelp: My home need to replace water heater and valves and I called them for help, they come the next day and help me to buy and install heater for me, very very efficient and very responsible, Mr Tai's craft is very careful and consider thoroughly for customer's convenience. Our house is old and we get rusts in our water. Called up CK and Tai was able to come within two days. His advise to me was to repipe the entire house. Initially I was hesitated because I know it's going to cost a lot of money. But after they removed the pipes and I got to see what they look like, I'm so glad to go with his advice. The crew came and did the entire house in one day. They even helped me installed a new faucet and hooked up the fridge. Thanks guys.
