Can't say enough about Tai. Had a toilet leak issue. Tai pick up and schedule right away same day for end of day. Came on time. I know...crazy right?! He was super courteous. Talked about his background, family, and life. Solved the problem and even offered to give me a discount b/c the issue was simpler than he thought. I paid him in between what he quoted me and the discount b/c that was fair.

Blown away by him. I wish him prosperity and success with his business but good guys like him...word will get around.

Didn't come at the agreed schedule appointment.
I had to txt him to find out what happened and he said he wasn't feeling well. Whether it's an excuse or real, not reliable

The point I am making is, we had to contact you to find out that you weren't coming after 2pm. You should have notified us earlier!

Tai did an excellent job getting the permit and installed our gas line within a week. He was always on time and very courteous. We were extremely happy with his service and would definitely use him again.

5 stars over 300 reviews seems unfathomable, but Tai & co earn every star.

We asked Tai for a quote to repipe our home a few months ago after seeing how much everyone else loved him. My wife was the one to show him our situation, and she said she got a great feeling from him - as if he were one of our own uncles.

After some lagging on our part, we let Tai know we were ready to move forward.

After his initial visit, and with consults from other plumbers, we were told that we'd have to find somebody to remove & replace the tile in our bathrooms. However, Tai came to take another look and let us know that he could do the job without requiring another contractor to handle the tiling.

So - just before Lunar New Year - Tai's team came to replace all the pipes in our home. Working from about 8-4, they finished everything at an impressive pace.

Unfortunately - one of our hookups was wrong, such that hot water (and only hot water) was coming out from one sink and cold water from the other. Not to worry, though - we let Tai know and he was back the very next morning, taking care of the issue in a matter of minutes (and showing me which connections were wrong).

Our experience with Tai was great and just like everyone else - would wholeheartedly endorse his work. Will certainly be contacting him for any issues we may have.

CK Plumbing probably doesn't need my great review but here I am leaving it. It was top notch service!

I had a leaking kitchen sink and a bathroom shower of which the water doesn't get hot enough. I reached out to CK Plumbing through Yelp and I got a response within an hour. The initial contact was brief and efficient- we set up a time via text and Tai and an assistant came on the scheduled day.

In terms of arrival and punctuation- They visited twice for what I needed to get done (given that I only briefly described the issues over the Yelp request as I am not a professional.) Tai gave me a time frame and I did have a flexible schedule- they arrived about an hour early the first day, and right on time the second day. It worked perfectly for me but if timing is tight for you as a customer, I would suggest to be mindful on scheduling and communicate clearly about your need.

As service goes- they investigated both issues quickly and troubleshooted with very efficient and cost-effective solutions. Tai gave me a simple and easy-to-understand breakdown about what was wrong and how it was resolved. Of course, they had me double-check the fix while they're here to give me reassurance.

The professionalism and efficiency was five-star if not more. However, the cherry on top was that when Tai fixed my shower, given the service, he ended up not charging me. To give context- The shower issue was why he came back for a second day. The dedication extended to this day being a Saturday which they are closed. On the first day, Tai estimated the issue and cost which we agreed upon. As he actually got to fixing, he pleasantly found out that it wasn't as serious as he thought. He then quickly fixed the shower and left free of charge.

Now I'm not writing to suggest ""expect free service"" or ""they open on Saturday"" but to state that CK plumbing is a professional service with heart, it was transparency and honesty combined. I truly appreciated what they did and would not have expected the outcome from them nor other companies, yet I am fully satisfied with my experience and would highly suggest CK Plumbing to you have you experience any related issues at home. Tai was amazing! I had tried to replace an angle stop valve for my toilet on my own but screwed up badly. I wasn't able to take off the new valve I tried to put on and it was leaking, so I had to turn off the water for my entire house. I had to go a day and a half without water and I was calling plumbers left and right. Most were either too expensive for me or weren't able to schedule me for another day or two out. When I called, Tai answered and was able to get me a fast, affordable, quote and scheduled me for the same day. When he got he arrived, he was really nice and asked me how I was doing. He was able to remove my stuck angle stop valve for my toilet. He struggled as I did, but removed and replaced it within 20-30 minutes. The job was clean and everything worked perfectly afterward. We exchanged pleasantries and he went to his next client. Seriously would hire again if I had another plumbing issue. Fingers crossed I don' t need to though LOL
