We are assuming CK Brush Plumbing does not need business. We were promised twice by its office that Nick would be contacting us about our major plumbing emergency, but we never received his or anyone else's call. Why not be honest & tell us that you are unable to do our job? Very poor business practice!

I dropped my wedding ring down my bathroom sink's overflow. It was crazy how this happened but the CK Brush boys came to the rescue just 2 hours after I called! They were able to run a wire down and find my ring then re-puttied that area. They are amazing superheroes and saved my 45 year marriage

Our garbage disposal decided to start leaking today. We were able to get someone to come out and replace it today Reasonable bill for Saturday service call. Great job - thanks!! We've used them before with great results.

Used several times with great service. This last time exact opposite. Came out to do non emergency plumbing work. Couldn't fix and needed a part. Said come back next day same time. Never showed. I gave it a few days thinking just a mix up. Never heard back so I called. Very nice said some issues with staffing and will come out next day. No show again. Not emergency and got busy so few weeks later called again. Very nice again and someone to be out few days later. Same guy came. Much later than said but no big deal. Second part didn't work either and was going to have to do a lot more work to fix. Had to run to pick up kids from school. Advised plumber and be back shortly. Come home. Van still there. Go in house then go to talk to him and he left. No info. Waited few days and called. Left message asking what was going on. Have never heard back from them and it has been over a week. Gave them benefit of the doubt but 3 times is enough. To bad because had great experiences before and they were very reasonably priced.
