The Worst service and experience ever, Jason was rude and impatient with assisting clients with their plumbing issues , he talked in a condescending manner and gets into verbal arguments with clients by raising his voice , I do not recommend this service and particularly Jason to anyone ! One star for his lack of commitment to client satisfaction .

If you want an honest, efficient, knowledgeable plumber, Jason at CJ Plumbing is the one! I have had 2 occasions where major plumbing was needed and Jason and his apprentice took care of the problem and even though his prices were reasonable, His service was worth millions! I'm talking about major sewer line replacement and removable of bathtub, tile and wall to get to a broken pipe, as well as reseating of a botched toilet!
They work hard, are reliable and really know their craft. I hope never to have these kinds of problems again, but if something else comes up CJ Plumbing is who I will be calling!

We really got lucky to have called CJ's. He took care of a double sink backup in ten minutes that another plumber could not unclog without opening up the wall. Extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very honest. I learned a lot from him just listening, and he was very open about what he was doing and why he was doing it, and why the other guys couldn't, or wouldn't, get the job done without turning it into a major repair. Then he charged me half of what everyone else had quoted me. We'll be using CJs in the future.

I had one of the best/greatest experience hiring Jason from CJ'S Plumbing. My kitchen sink clogged Friday night and Saturday morning I was in a panic because my son was to host a party for some friends. I had called some more plumbers but either they couldn't come until Monday or around 4 or 5. I call CJ'S Plumbing and got Jason who told me the price and time that he was available. It was a last minute job and I needed help before 2:00. Jason promise to come by 12; he came over and got my sink unplugged within minutes and I paid the price that he had promised. Thanks Jason, I am eternally grateful and I will be using and referring your company to other family and friends.

I really hate writing Yelp reviews. But I logged in to do this one cuz I got great emergency service which isn't always easy especially on a holiday weekend. Bottom line, called CJs and they were out and unclogged my drain in an hour. I have guests coming tomorrow so I was panicking. Great service. I paid less than my last call to the big name plumber.

First, the only review I believe is the one written by Donna R. Not the other reviews. Her experience is similar to my experience except I had Jason come to my house repeatedly to fix the same problem (Not very smart of me). Jason came to my house to open a clogged toilet and tub. I'd had lots of problems with a clogged toilet over the years and called various plumbers. Jason cleared my clogged and told me the problem was the pipe carrying waste sloped up instead of down making it difficult for waste to flow out to the main sewer line. Also, he said I needed a low flow more powerful toilet and that would help to carry the waste out. I allowed him to change the toilet, repipe the ""troubled"" spot along with putting a clean out near the back area to give easy access if It became clogged again. Once he was finished I was told by Jason my line was clear and the problem was taken care of after spending over $1000's. He also said he looked at the line and there was no roots and it should work. I was given a 6 month guarantee and like clockwork within a 4 month period the toilet /tub clogged again. Jason came out a insisted on telling me I clogged it with paper towels, wipes etc. I said "" l know better than to put those items in the toilet"" but he was argumentative and insisted that's what I'm doing. By the way, he accused me on other occasions of putting wipes etc in the toilet when he came to unclog my back bathroom drain. (Although I was not having a good feeling about his service I continued to call him out because I invested so much money and assumed the things he said were true). When he came out Jason was having a difficult time unclogging my toilet and eventually said it was clear, but then sink was clogged and he changed a pipe underneath my sink without asking charged me a fee and left. Within hours of him leaving the front bathroom clogged, l immediately called him and he returned the next day. He looked at the pipes with a camera again and then said he saw roots and it would continue to clog if I did not have the pipe with the roots replaced then gave me an estimate of over 3000.000. He unclogged the drains and said it should last until I have the repairs he recommended. Needless to say, it clogged again after 4 weeks since his last visit. I called him last Friday evening and he said sorry but I can't come out I'm busy and can't unclog your drain until Monday, I was upset because I have given this guy over well over 2500.00 to 3,000 and he was cavalier as if I was bugging him. I then called Downey Plumbing, Heating and Air conditioning , it was an emergency and they came out immediately diagnosed the problem ,opened the clogged drain. They showed me where the roots were how the problem could be solved. They fixed the diagnosed problem of roots and charged me 1000.00 less than what Jason quoted to remove to root effected pipes and diagnosed the problem on the first visit.

I've never written a yelp review but felt compelled to write this review because I was doped and was taken advantage of because I desperate to have the problem fixed. I spent well over $3,000.00 with this company and the problem could have been diagnosed months ago. I want consumers to be warned about Jason's predatory practice this company will take advantage of you. You get 1 star because you opened my drain but you took money, ""misdiagnosed "" the problem before you diagnosed the real problem. It real issue was not diagnosed until well after you gave me other reasons for the clogged drains and did unnecessary work.

Jason is our Guy! After dealing with a problem drain for many years under our slab and many temp fixes from other places that would not attempt to fix the inevitable problem I called CJ's and Jason came out confirmed the problem gave me a great estimate and was able to fix a major problem in 2 days for far less than I expected.
So when i had another totally unrelated problem come up i called him yesterday and he was able to stop by inspect it and give me a quote and it was done before i returned home from work today again for far less than any commercial plumbing company and more professional than the highest rated ones. As a professional handyman on a large campus I have my specialties and work around many contractors and tradesmen and Jason is as good or better than I have worked with in his field at a price that is homeowner friendly. A+ rated in my book.

First of all, i have waited weeks, before I posted this to make sure the SECOND plumber i had come out succeeded. Jason showed up at my house on Monday, august 1st. From the minute he got here he was trying to see how he could upsell. This is a 60 yr old house, the drains HAVE been redone to ABS, but, because of the way the house was built there is no slope on the drain, so every year or two, pretty much since it was NEW, we have to get it snaked, the plumber comes, cleans it out and we are good for another year or two. Well Jason didn't like where the clean out was... Which was directly under the sink in the garage, he wanted to look at other drains in the house, he kept telling me there's ""more than one way to skin a cat"" which is an awful saying to begin with! So I finally get him to use the clean out in the garage, but the whole time he did nothing but complain about how dirty and gross it was,,,, uh,,, yeah... Its a backed up drain! Its plumbing, what did he think it was going to be! The water was disgusting, smelled like dead fish! It was gross, but he's the plumber, his job was to CLEAR the drain. So anyway, he put the snake in the drain, and several things caught my attention about it, one, he only put it in ONCE, 2, he didn't move it around at all, and 3, he only put it in ""around"" 40ft. AND the whole time kept saying "" its not going to work, its not going to work"" no kidding! If he had done it right it would have been fine. All he was concerned about was up selling. He kept telling me the ONLY way to ""fix it"" was to have the pipes redone or hydrojet it, of which we said we DID NOT want done, and they didn't need that anyway! He knew EXACTLY what to do for it to seem clear at the time but knew it would back up again. Sooo, when it did, the next evening! I called him back the following day and he said he knew it would do that and snaking the drain wouldn't work. That I had to do these other things. Oh and the Angie's list book states that he gives Angie's list a 10% discount, he doesn't. When I first called to make the appt I asked what the price was he said $69. I never said anything about Angie's list. Then when I said something about it he said I don't get that because he gave me the ""drain special"". So when I'm talking to him trying to find out what he was going to do about my drain, he was very rude, obnoxious and was basically telling me how dumb I was. He kept saying how he was a professional, no, he's not. He told me I got the special and what did I expect for $69! I expected the job to be done right! His website states the guarantee their work 100%, no, he didn't do that either, he would only come back out if I would let him hydrojet or repipe! Neither of which needed to be done to clear the line. If we want to never have trouble again, yes, a slope needs to be on the line. But to do the job he was supposed to do here, which was to clear the drain, no nietger of those things needed done. So I told him I didn't want him back out here. He only wanted to make more money, which I can see he does often by reading His reviews. He makes people who dont know any better think they need all this extra work so they have to spend a lot of money. If he'd do the job right they wouldn't need all that. I can say that with absolute certainty because I had to hire a second plumber to come out. They CLEARED the drain completely, the guy sent the snake back 75' which is what every plumber I've ever had out here has ever done, EXCEPT JASON. He stopped and started it, moved it around, pulled it back out and sent it back in a couple of times! Just like every other plumber we've ever had, except Jason. He knew just how far to go so it would back up again and he could try to get us to do everything else. DRAIN RIGHT is who did the job RIGHT. They also put a camera through the drain so I could see what was going on, guess what Jason, you Yelled at me in the phone that our pipes were OLD and they needed to be replaced, no they Don't! There's nothing wrong with them! Just the slope. Drain Right told me that if I didn't was to keep calling a plumber every couple of years to HV the drains put on a slope but the drain was Clear! They were very friendly, not pushy at all. Didn't try to up sell at all, gave me the estimate I asked for and said whenever you want just let us know. THEY CLEARED THE DRAIN. Ran a camera in it all for ONLY $45!! JASON acted like I was stupid for expecting my drain to be clear for $69. Consumers need to beware of him, he knows just what to do so that it seems clear and then its not and he can say, as he said to me, "" I told you it wouldn't work!"" Uh yeah, when you don't do the job right, its not going to work! By the way, IRS been Almost 4 weeks since the second plumber, DRAIN RIGHT, came out and I've had no problems since. I will never have Jason's company come out again and will tell every person I can about his dishonesty and incompetence
