We used this company about 6 months ago....And Jason was awesome...But this time around was totally different....This guy was arrogant and rude....He immediately tried to up sell us from $99 to $950....And when we said no just snake it....He became a total A-Hole and said in a very condescending way...it would not most likely not work...And we would have to pay him anyways...At this point... I called the office to complain and found out that this idiot was the one who answered the phone....Then I told him it was best for him to just leave....We felt that he would purposely not fix it....And then would still have to pay him anyways....I pray to God that this guy is not the owner...And if he is....He should just stay home...And let Jason take the calls.

I have used CJ's two times over the past year and a half. Both times they have been great. We live in Whittier (tree root/old pipe capital of SoCal).
Jason and his helper were nice and professional. When questions came up he took the time to explain everything to me so I could understand, as plumbing isn't my forte. The work I had done was guaranteed and he beat my former plumbers prices. 5 Stars! Thanks Jason...

CJ's Plumbing was fantastic! Jason is a man of his word. He did a full repiping of my home and said he would be done in 2 days. Well 2 days later it was completed and I was highly satisfied. Right in time for the holidays! I would DEFINITELY recommend this plumbing company!

We called CJ's after getting numerous estimates from 7 different plumbers. We thought this is ridiculous, no one could find the leak. Once Jason came out to asses the problem he offered the best solution without any drama or outrageous pricing. 3 days later we were leak free and ready for a stress free holiday.

Jason gave a reasonable quote of $795 to fix some leaks and install a new toilet. The work was done reasonably quickly and the cleanup was excellent. All the leaks were fixed. For some unknown reason the bill came to $995. As they dealt with my wife on that, I cannot say if that was agreed upon or a surprise to pay $200 above the quote. A few days later, we discovered that the new toilet was leaking. We called Jason and he came out (2 hours later than the agreed upon time). He looked at the toilet and said everything was fine and that if it leaked, it had to be the flapper and that we should just call the American Standard customer service line and they would send a new flapper. I did that, and got the flapper and installed it and it still leaked. We called Jason back and he said that everything was installed properly and that we should deal directly with American Standard. He said that if he had to come back there would be a $100 service fee. I called American Standard back and they sent more parts. Since I didn't think the flapper was the problem, I tried adjusting the float level and that fixed the problem. I was very disappointed in Jason's response to our problem. It turned out to be an easy fix (for a plumber) and he could have made us happy, but he failed.

The Worst service and experience ever, Jason was rude and impatient with assisting clients with their plumbing issues , he talked in a condescending manner and gets into verbal arguments with clients by raising his voice , I do not recommend this service and particularly Jason to anyone ! One star for his lack of commitment to client satisfaction .

If you want an honest, efficient, knowledgeable plumber, Jason at CJ Plumbing is the one! I have had 2 occasions where major plumbing was needed and Jason and his apprentice took care of the problem and even though his prices were reasonable, His service was worth millions! I'm talking about major sewer line replacement and removable of bathtub, tile and wall to get to a broken pipe, as well as reseating of a botched toilet!
They work hard, are reliable and really know their craft. I hope never to have these kinds of problems again, but if something else comes up CJ Plumbing is who I will be calling!

We really got lucky to have called CJ's. He took care of a double sink backup in ten minutes that another plumber could not unclog without opening up the wall. Extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very honest. I learned a lot from him just listening, and he was very open about what he was doing and why he was doing it, and why the other guys couldn't, or wouldn't, get the job done without turning it into a major repair. Then he charged me half of what everyone else had quoted me. We'll be using CJs in the future.

I had one of the best/greatest experience hiring Jason from CJ'S Plumbing. My kitchen sink clogged Friday night and Saturday morning I was in a panic because my son was to host a party for some friends. I had called some more plumbers but either they couldn't come until Monday or around 4 or 5. I call CJ'S Plumbing and got Jason who told me the price and time that he was available. It was a last minute job and I needed help before 2:00. Jason promise to come by 12; he came over and got my sink unplugged within minutes and I paid the price that he had promised. Thanks Jason, I am eternally grateful and I will be using and referring your company to other family and friends.
